Room average size, wifi good, plenty of hot water for showers! Only 1 lift, so it was chaotic during checkout time. Ended up walking down from 6th floor, for it took too long waiting for porter to finish his luggage round and other passengers waiting too ! Breakfast was good enough, nice view into pool area. We had dinner at the Oasis Restaurant at the back of garden - I had chicken which was a bit dry, my husband's pizza was good. Price reasonable.

We rated this hotel as very average. The worst problem was the bed linen. Ripped sheets, extremely pilled duvet covers, grey thin towels, stained duvet. I requested it all be changed and they brought me new sheets ( also ripped) and a wet duvet! We couldn't believe it. Please change your bed linen. Buffet for groups ran out before everyone ate and was not replenished. 3 x requests for a drink were made, no drinks ever arrived. Pigeons swimming in the pool. I did not enjoy this hotel at all, it could be so much better with simple changes.

I stayed in Park Plaza Hotel Jodhpur and I had a great experience there. Staff is very friendly and punctual and very polite with their guests especially Ankita , Ankit, Ashish, Diksha, Jogesh. It’s situated in a very convinient location. Few minutes drive from old city.

Staff was cooperative and the rooms are good and I was impressed by all of the staff within the hotel, even when I asked if they could organise hiring a tuxedo for the evening they were able to arrange everything… ............. It was very nice stay herel Housekeeping cleansess amaging herel Good room cleaning and as well as bathroom cleaning very good by housekeeping Supervisor Bhagchand___________ Thanks we will definitely visit again, Also food was good! ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

This place is something I can never miss out if I come to Jodhpur… the staff is amazing I can recommend few names Ankita at the reception attends all the quarries very humbly and is best at her work … in house keeping preetam was very helpful and very good at the service… now let me tell you about the bar … Vijay is no doubt out standing always and the new guy at the bartenders Rishabh is very good … I loved the Liit he made …. Priyanka , Gulshan , Aasish ,Dilshad, Sumit , Vishal are amazing

I stayed in this hotel on September 01, 2024, had a late check-in yesterday. I have been staying at this hotel before, and I experienced that the rooms were not of great quality. However, this time, I was on the impression that they would have taken the feedback seriously. To my surprise, they had not made any changes to the rooms; nothing was done. Because of the airport proximity I chose this hotel. The rooms were not up to the mark. There was dust and mold in the rooms. There is no power socket on the worktable inside the room. The images will serve as some reference. The water is always flowing in the WC. The pool is full of pigeons, as you can see. They defecate and bathe in the pool. In the era of bird flu... just imagine going for a swim... The breakfast selection was average, with not much to choose from. I had told the FO stuff about my room.and he said they would check. The same answer was last time. In the end, it is not worth the money you pay.

Overall great hotel. Everything was clean and neat. Very courteous service. Accommodated all our requests. Will definitely stay again if I’m in the area. Location is great as well. Close to local shopping. Overall Cleanliness and service are main factors.

Great Place to Visit in Jodhpur, There are so many things to enjoy. Staff is very polite and kind, Food is so delicious, I really enjoyed during having the meal. Hotel is on prime location, Airport is only 1 KM far from the hotel & railway station is just 2 KM.
