What a property… Superb. Stayed just one night. Really wanted to stay more. Everyone should stay there if they are in jodhpur. Ths staff and the receptionist are excellent and helpful. The property is huge. There are horses and other lovely animals. Even it’s very enjoyable to take kids there

Courteous & welcoming staff in both reception & restaurants. Very beautiful, clean & well maintained rooms. Lovely big swimming pool. Sprawling huge property, gives a Palace look & feel. Delicious food in all the 3 courses. Very good variety in the breakfast & dinner buffet.

We had a great experience in Jodhpur. All the staff was really nice and attentive. Dayal and Arpit were very attentive in the restaurant. Morisi showed us around the horse stables and the area where the peacocks are. We had a great time over all.

Amazing experience at the restaurant, Tushar served us in a very professional way, Food was amazing . Also love the place it is huge expand in acers and it has beautiful garden around the property. Overall experience is so good . Recommending this place

Our stay at the ummed jodhpur was absolutely fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, the rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We especially loved the delicious breakfast buffet and the stunning views from our balcony. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting jodhpur. Thank you to Mr. Gajender rathor your warm welcome really set the tone for a wonderful stay.

The Manager on Duty Mr. Gajendar kept us waiting and decided to not show up despite our being at the reception for close to 35-mins. and that is after the staff exhibited all kinds of aversion to going and calling or informing him in the room behind the reception. He must have all staff traumatized causing unexpected worst kind of Service even though the staff is so courteous. it is the Systems and processes in place which have caused me to put in such a bad review for The Ummed, Jodhpur, where I have stayed over a dozen times in the past 20-years. I think this place is now running down and does not qualify to a Five * Star category. At best i would rate this a 3*s now given the rundown walls, infra maintenance, lack of a functional spa n salon, cramped gym, deserted corridors n property where nobody seems to prefer to stay anymore. The Thakurji would be better off selling the property or giving it to a professional management group.
