Less than other 5* I visited the last 10d.
Tip policy everywhere＞ this is not service if you have the stress of carrying cash everywhere.
Spa is not a spa but a paid service for massage (which are good)
Swimming pool not deep at all 1+ meter
Breakfast and food are very expensive compare to other hotels. Spent about 100€ in 2 days

Property is good but they have not taken care of guest, being epicure member, no room upgrade, no good view room, even hair dryer is also not present in room, At the time of checkout, they have not use my all Taj e gift card, when i insist them then they have accept the all Taj gift card, also not given envelope for Bill, that was also insist by me, then they have given the envelop. No adjoining room with my parents, mine is 201 and my father is 209, Usually at every Taj property, they asked at arrival for reason to come, is there any special moments ?? Not asked by any one, 28th October is my birthday month, being epicure member, there are treat by Taj for a special moment cake not offered by them This are the very small small things, which is not expected from Taj, as this was my 4th Taj property and i had a good experience in earlier visits, hence of course my expectation is high at here also This time I came with my parents also, But disappointed.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Taj Hari Mahal, Jodhpur. It was a family visit during second week of October 2025 (3 days stay). The hospitality and professionalism of the staff were outstanding throughout our visit. Every member of the team went out of their way to ensure our comfort and make our stay memorable. A special mention to Balram, Manvendra and Priyavrat from the front desk who took every care of us during the stay. Special thanks to the restaurant team and the chefs for their exceptional service and mouth-watering food. The breakfast and dinner spreads for all three days were simply amazing — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. A special mention to Bishan, Surendra, Pawan, Lakshman and Chef Ranjeet for their courteous service. They made every meal a delightful experience. Overall, Taj Hari Mahal exceeded our expectations in every way.

Stayed at Taj hari (30 Sept – 3 Oct) Had a wonderful stay at Taj Mahal’s! The Food & Beverage team – Mr. Jaypal, Mr. Surendra, and Mr. Dheeraj – were outstanding. Their professionalism, warmth, and high standards truly made the experience special. Front Office (Ms. Priyagani) was very helpful and ensured all requirements, including a smooth room change, were handled perfectly. Housekeeping (Mr. Narendra) maintained the room with great professionalism and attention to detail. A special mention to the Doormen, who always greeted with a smile and opened the doors with such courtesy – a small touch that made a big difference. Overall, exceptional hospitality from every department. Truly memorable!
