Standard, unexciting hotel but clean, comfortable and good value. Boring location but right next to station so ideal for a stopover. Very quiet area but some reasonable food choices close by. Good breakfast.

Travelling with my mom. Had a brilliant stay even though there were super strong winds on that night. There was perfectly delicious restaurants nearby, only 2mins away was ootoya- excellent food and service. The man who was running the hotel reception was so kind and friendly and went to extraordinary lengths to help us with our luggage and shipping to our next hotel. The breakfast was also yummy, simple flavors but wonderfully traditional japanese fare. My mom has some mobility issues too, so we were glad to see the relatively spacious room and wider than normal bath tub. 100% recommended!
One small issue with trip, not the hotel, I would have appreciated a more obvious flag out that the payment made online was a DEPOSIT. The man was quite flustered when I said I paid online already because you have to pay again when you get there then get a refund from trip after checking out. Please be aware of this when you book! But it was my oversight - although trip PLEASE emphasise these things a little more!

The environment of the hotel is excellent, and the price is worth it. It is very close to the high-speed rail station and very convenient! We originally had 2 adults and 1 child. We saw that it was required to have one room per person, so we planned to book 2 rooms first to see what the hotel required for children. Ctrip wrote that children were not allowed to be brought with us, so we thought that 2 rooms would not be enough and we would add another room later. We didn't expect the hotel to be so good. We had 2 children and one adult staying in one room.

Toyoko Inn chain hotels all have the same stable quality as business hotels, which is different from other Toyoko hotels. This part has also been mentioned in other reviews.
There was a food festival on Saturday, so I dropped by and there were still quite a few people out.
Although the hotel is a new building, the dining hall is large and the room cleanliness is no problem at all. The hotel is just in the middle from the station, which is a good location. The current Toyoko Inn series is really convenient and safe for travelers who travel independently. .
Compared with Japan’s excessively rising housing prices during the Chinese New Year, Toyoko is still highly recommended.
