Wow! This hotel is beautiful. The service is great. Special thanks to Donna, Max, Boswell and Nqobile for the great service. The breakfast is over-the-top amazing. The peacocks were an unexpected surprise.

From the moment I was contacted about the purpose of my trip, I knew this would be no ordinary hotel experience, and I was right. What followed was nothing short of exceptional. We stayed at this hotel for one night after 2 week travel all over South Africa. This was an anniversary trip and we wanted to make everything special. This place was out of this world. I have had good service before but this place truly exceeded all of our expectations. The hotel is in a gated location, so not sure if you can technically walk around by yourself much but once you are inside it is as if you are transported. The decor, the touches on every wall is magnificent. They have a red carpet area to welcome you in. Someone will meet you in a drawing room type of place and then they take you to your room. The hotel is small only 31 rooms so you are not going to run into tons of people. If privacy is what you seek they have you covered. There is a restaurant called Room 32, we had dinner there and it was lovely. The amenities were lovely. Including pool, shower, bath. I highly recommend this place. They offer you a car for travel up to 5 km to stores and shops if you like to get outside free of charge which was lovely.

Stayed recently for one night on our way from London to Botswana. I have stayed in many Park Hyatt properties which are usually great but usually large city centre hotels. This is very different as its a relatively small boutique-style set up out of the city centre. It was only opened recently and has been developed imbeccably. The rooms are wonderful. The grounds are peacful and tranquil and the people absolutely delightful and helpful. I could not really fault anything and, if I find myself in Johannseburg again, this is the only place I would stay.

This is a luxurious newly opened property. Staff will gladly give you a tour of the tastefully decorated common areas. The restaurant seems to have quickly become a favorite of the well to do in Rosebank. The included breakfast was lavish. Service was at a very high level with the staff eager to make recommendations about activities or restaurants in the area. They offer free transport in their Mercedes town car within a 5 km radius of the hotel which was handy for getting to a dinner reservation. The area is upscale and seemed quite safe. The rooms on the upper floor surrounding the pool seem to offer more privacy than those on the ground floor. I highly recommended this hotel.
