15 mins drive away from town centre, it’s a quiet area to stay with a breathtaking scenery from the window view of your room up on the 21st floor. Great if you have a car to zip around. There is a Joe’s grocery, a local mini market that stocks a astoundingly comprehensive inventory for its unassuming size and first impressions. A few flats and apartments are also nearby. Room is clean and huge with a view of the kampung surroundings where roosters crow below but it didn’t affect me at all like it did to some reviewers. Kitchen area complete with cups, plates, microwave oven, induction cooker, fridge, jug, coffee and tea facilities. Living area has 4 seater sofa and TV well distanced from kitchen. Room is separated from living area. It’s a huge unit with a curtained window to the walkway just like a condo unit. Toilet is clean and huge with strong water pressure and heater. Toiletries are provided in the room although there is no hair dryer. Covered car park is provided in a 2 storey car park levels secured by a security guard at ground level. Wonderful place. Breakfast provided at $20 per pax.

The room was spacious and very clean, which I really appreciated. It felt comfortable and well-maintained, definitely a good place to relax after a long day. However, one downside was the check-in process — they required a cash deposit. It felt a bit inconvenient, especially since the place operates more like a serviced apartment rather than a proper hotel. Just something to be aware of if you’re booking here.

Quiet surrounding for relaxing, but yet very close to food and shopping in short driving distance

I didnt really use much of their services and facilities so I can’t comment much. Check in was smooth. Location: There’s nothing much around here but there is a grocer and a halal restaurant that opens till late about 5-10mins walk. WiFi connection is good and stable. Aircon is good.. We had our breakfast sahur here. There’s egg station, Nasi lemak, noodles, bread, fruits, etc.. Not superb but it’s sufficient for sahur.. Master bedroom is of good size. Second bedroom is a bit tight. Bedroom slippers are provided which is a good touch. Overall, good for value… but only if you drive here. Otherwise you will have to grab or take a taxi to everywhere else..

Pro: Huge room. Lots of space. Have a dinner table n chairs. Have kitchen with pot n plates n cutlery set for 2. Good shower heat n pressure. Clean n comfy. Huge open wardrobe Con: Lacklustre bkfast buffet Location in midst of no where Lack a 7-11 shop Have a cafe which i prefer to be 7-11 cum cafe but close early Will return for short or staycation.

Just ok for a night stay. We booked a family room. Room was not ready upon check in . We have to wait at the lobby for 20-30 minutes. Vending machine down for the drinks and instant noodles and shops not nearby . Cannot sleep well throughout the entire night. Windows in the bedroom not sound proof . Imagine at 230am onwards you can hear loud sounds from the chickens . Sleepless night and also keep worrying about the children. The kids bunk bed was placed outside actually at the hall area near the toilet and it’s quite worrying as it’s near the main door and also balcony . We opened the bedroom door because we felt it’s quite worrying . Was given a wrong choice of bed but matter been rectified by the agent. This time the aura in the last corner room given to us was not good .
