Location is superb. High floor, very clean, amenities complete. Had a good smart TV which allowed us to enjoy Netflix while chilling. Service was prompt through WhatsApp. Instructions to access the unit was clear. Carpark was a bit of a maze but the parking lot was in a nice corner near the lift lobby. Would highly recommend this homestay.

Host promptly contacted us for the check in guide via WhatsApp. Self check in via key collection at mailbox. Parking provided. Room was clean and neat. Amenities available for towel, toothbrush, comb, iron, hair dryer. Stay for one night.

The unit is very new and the view from the balcony is great. The service is good but can be better. I was assigned to blk 1-2 which is not convenient for food delivery as the lobby is not visible from the main road and most rider cannot speak english. The water heater is not working well, and we have to shower in cold water. The TV only has 2 channel from Singapore, luckily its a smart tv so we watch via casting from our hp. The mall is very new with few shops running but luckily there's a supermarket available.

Third time staying over here and expectations are still within high reach. Cleanliness, location, amenities and huge room excellent for big groups or family. Definitely will book again in near future and highly recommend to all trip users.

The company was prompt in replies and helpful with guidance to the unit. However, complimentary parking is only available if you booked more than a single room (Two rooms and above). For motorcycles have to park beside the building, parking overnight will result in your bike wheel being clamped and release fee is 30RM. Wouldve been better if parking was provided.
