had to wait 10 mins at lobby even though we were there on time at 3pm upon checking in. Cleaning was then rushed to pass the key to us hence there's still rubbish on the floor and general cleanliness of the unit is doubtful.
Precheck in was completed online few hours before 3pm so the waiting part was really annoying however they replied quickly on WhatsApp on the status of what's going on and what's going to happen so at least the customer service was on point.

The location is very good, there are many restaurants nearby, and Aeon Mall is nearby. The apartment room is very small. They do not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, paper towels, bottled water, or shampoo. Guests need to bring their own!
