Our stay at this hotel was very unpleasant. The apartment was not cleaned properly when we arrived. I stayed with my young kids on a high floor, but the window door lock was broken, which made it unsafe. The toilet was poorly maintained, with dirt around the bathtub and floor. The towels provided had a bad smell, and the mattress was very thin and uncomfortable to sleep on. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and the cleanliness and safety standards need serious improvement.

Place is spacious and clean, wifi is fast. Also, it's very accessible to KSL mall thru Tower A. Downside is the waiting time for the lift. We spent more than 10mins. upon checkout just to go down the lobby, which eventually led us to just use the emergency stairs from Level 11 to go down.
