No salted eggs to go with the plain porridge. However, service was excellent as it was personalized. I also like the bright corridors and layout of the room.

Been staying here for years due to their brand. however I think their services need improvement. We stayed 2 nights but no one clean the room. I need to ask for an exchanged towels and extra shower gels. Breakfast was nothing special but they do have some varieties. There's no crowd while staying here thus requested for a new renovated room however
they refuse to provide thus moving forward I will choose a different hotel as I value great services. Took several pictures when we checkout. We never leave a messy room and usually will do own cleaning.

The hotel just put a note on the front desk to inform us that they'll be shutting down the air conditioning from 9 am to 12 noon tomorrow! This is during our stay, and we were not informed during my booking with trip.com. How am I supposed to endure the sweltering heat without air conditioning? The air conditioning was already pathetically weak during the night, and when I requested a fan, I was informed they do not have any fan. I had to resort to using my hand fan all night! I had to choose to checkout at 8am instead before they shut down the aircon.
And if that wasn't bad enough, the chef at breakfast was downright rude. He was reluctant to even cook us a fresh egg, and when I asked if he could make me a fresh hot roti canai, he simply ignored me. Clearly, he was deliberately trying to avoid his responsibilities.

This round the water takes too long to heat up. Have to wait for more than 15mins under running tap to have warm water.

The location is good.walking distance to century night Street food,not far from mid valley mall by grab.
Breakfast is not bad with fresh fruits. Nice hotel staff although it is an old fashioned hotel.
