Booked for a 2 bedrooms suite from 28/4 to 30/4/25 with a family of 4 and was served by Mr Saravanan. He has a very positive attitude and is very friendly, courteous, and helpful. He allocated a high floor for us. The room was very clean and spacious. We are very happy to have a scenic view. In fact, most of the staff was courteous and helpful, ranging from security to the housekeeper. Even the security lended a helping to my handicapped member. It was my second stay in this hotel. Location wise was good. Haidilao steamboat was at Ground flr of this hotel. Komtar mall, City Square Mall was just the opposite. Lots of eateries around. Worthwhile to stay. I would give them 5 stars.

5-Star Experience at Shama Suasana Johor Bahru!
I recently stayed at Shama Suasana JB, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The service apartment is modern, spacious, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the interior design gave a luxurious yet cozy feel.

This is our 2nd time staying over here. As it was during the Chinese New Year season period, the hotel reception was being decorated with beautiful season decorations. We felt the CNY mood over here. As it was a short stay of 2 days & 1 night over here. Time is really limited and pretty rush. Wished that we are able to spend more time over here so that we can get to explore more fun and exciting makan venues or shopping malls for cafe hopping or supermarket groceries shopping. It was a very relax stay over here and we have enjoyed ourselves very much. Thank you for having us over here. We will be back once again.

All great except the heater is not working and two of four lifts were under maintenance.

Luxury and Comfort Combined 👍👍👍
This suite hotel exceeded all our expectations! The room was beautifully designed with modern furnishings and had a cozy, luxurious feel. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless with high-end toiletries. We loved the little touches like the complimentary bottled water and the turndown service. The location was also ideal, with easy access to restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and upscale stay!

Went there during super peak season, but surprisingly everything went smooooth like butter. I like how the room are design for. Spacious like a whole apartment. Didn’t get a chance to go to the pool but it looks ok.
