1st time book here,customer service excellent...check in didnt take longer time...my kids really enjoy the stay.buffet spread was so yummy many varieties! There also washing machine & dryer,that is most important! You need to book grab to go to shoppingmall...food wise there is a minimart on side road AA Minimart...We book executive king room. Very spacious for big family. U can opp for extra single bed for RM103 & with bfast RM173 worth it.

We had a wonderful time staying here. It's conveniently located near JB Sentral and R&F Mall. The room size is quite spacious, and I was very satisfied with the amenities provided. They included a microwave, sink, and plates. I would definitely recommend this place if you're planning to visit JB.

great view of Singapore and the sea from the hotel..the only issue I had was the toilet door was spoilt.. we got breakfast but was told that weekdays breakfast ends at 10am instead of 11am and that was a bummer..

Hotel 15 mins walk frm CIQ. Walk until tired and sweaty but better than take grab because of jammy and also expensive.
Stay here don't come out. Chill and away from noisy spore.

the room was clean, has a beautiful view and seems quite well maintained for a 6 year old hotel!
however, the service is disappointing. we checked in early and signed paperwork for room xxx however when we came back after dinner, we were suddenly informed that our room number has changed.
when we enquired on what changed, why it changed and how I signed paperwork indicating a different room number, they simply shrugged and said my signature on their guest registration form is not confirmed.
it was nearly midnight when we were contesting with the duty manager about how our assigned rooms were abruptly changed. he could not explain how the rooms suddenly changed and could not get us the room that was originally assigned, and the same room that we signed paperwork for.
ultimately, he upgraded us to a different room type but honestly it felt odd and shady. why would my assigned room suddenly changed? there was no communication at all, it was only brought up when I remembered it was a different room…
it was distasteful despite the upgrade to soothe our spirits, there was no apology btw.
OH and before we insisted on an upgrade, the duty manager lied and said they were full and were going to assign us to a low floor. 2 mins later though, he relented and suddenly vacant high floor rooms became available… they’re definitely unapologetic and have a shady check in procedure.
I’d probably opt for another hotel next time…

It was my second time at Capri JB, and they never disappoint.
Check-in has always been a breeze, and I received a complimentary upgrade again — for the second time!
My husband booked this stay for my birthday trip, and I truly appreciate hotels that accommodate small surprises. As someone who’s quite sentimental, thoughtful gestures like these make me a loyal, returning guest — especially when a card is included. I still keep the card Capri gave us during our first wedding anniversary stay last year!
Breakfast:
It seemed like they were short-staffed, probably due to the post-public holiday period. Food replenishment wasn’t as prompt as it was during my first visit. There were also some spillages that resembled vomitus, and unfortunately, they were not cleaned up. It was already there when we arrived for breakfast and still there by the time I was done eating.
Room:
The room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly — we found a slipper under the bed.
Parking for motorcycle:
Very easy, very safe!

Here to celebrate my bf birthday, and was surprised with a small cake when we checked in to the room. Hotel room was very spacious and clean, staff are very friendly too. We enjoyed our stay there and will definitely come back again!
