The hotel need a lots of improvements on their glass windows, so people who’s stay in their room can see how beautiful the views from the hotel. The manager in the restaurant that serve us buffet is helpful & pleasant. They really needs to improve on their friendliness & approachable towards their guests. So I may say the service just ok hotel need improvement & tv channel in the room should have the same as at the dining room.

Overall I can give 4.4/5 stars... morning breakfast buffet was marvelous!!! But the room I'm staying I found 2 begs in 2 different location each... And I do inform Front desk! They are very2 helpful...

Enjoyed my stay! The room was spotless and cozy, the staff were welcoming and efficient, and the amenities were great. Convenient location close to attractions and dining. Perfect for both business and leisure trips. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

This is a wonderful journey, that's is near RnB mall, city square, JB sentral. But this have abit old hotel so inside will be dusty abit, all ok for me

when I go inside room find that they forgot to clean the garbage Bin. And building's neighbor is under construction...And everything is old

This hotel is old and rundown but offers budget-friendly rates for travelers. It used to be a 4-star establishment but has since dropped to 2 stars. The staff are friendly and helpful, though the hotel is located far from the shopping mall, making it difficult to walk to from ICQ. The surrounding area is quite dark at night. Breakfast is average with limited choices, but it’s a decent option for Singaporeans looking for a place to stay, especially when traffic to the immigration is heavy.

I think around JB sentral has been ongoing constructions. Even its near to JB sentral & walking distance, but walking to the hotel is not convenient. I took bus, but i dint stop at the nearest bus stop as its ongoing construction. taking ehailing or taxi is much more time convenient to get there. Im staying just for one night, the room is good and clean, ok for a rest one night
