Amazing stay!
Super near to the mall so the ease of finding food and other amenities is great! The staff are super friendly and accommodating especially the doorman/security guard! Even the staff in-charge for breakfast was super nice! Love everything about this hotel will definitely book again!
Room is very clean.
AC is very strong too!

Superb location just adjacent to City Square and neighbouring eateries! Rooms are adequate for overnight stays with bottled water, dental kits and slippers included. Rooms are not as sound insulated (didn’t bother us) because we are able to sleep thru it.

Having pleasant stay at this hotel. Location near to JB CIQ, JB Sentral, JB City Square & Komtar Mall.
All this place connected via pedestrian bridge. At first both of us order grab to the hotel but actually the location can be reach by foot via JB City square exit at Maybank/UOB.. The hotel location across this mall.. Recommended to stay with reasonable price.

The hotel didn't give a window room it said tat upon availability..really bad. Also first one gave me. Room with another guest inside the room. Not recommended bad service

Next to JB City Square. Great location, second stay. One of few hotels of this price to have fridge in room. However at check in, staff at counter failed to tell us that we must be clean room card at the door in order for our room to be cleaned so we had a rude shock to see our room in the condition we left it. That said, They were quick to attend to us with clean bins and towels when we called.
