"Had to check out early but unfortunately no one was in the reception to process the return for the deposit taken. Only the friendly Guard took the receipt and inform the stars will bank in the deposit. Which is not relevant. Checked out at 630am. And till 2pm no one called me regarding the deposit. Till I called them then one of the staff informed me to be patience and wait till the management contacts me.. Other than this the stay was ok. Rooms are big n clean"

"The hotel location is convenient. There are a few exits and generally not difficult to find grab at the exits. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast range is fine (plain prata is quite nice).
I rated amenities low as the lift design is not good. There are only 3 lifts that operate between 8th to 33rd floors. It is okay when all 3 lifts are operating. For my 3D2N stay, there was almost one full day where one or two out of 3 lifts were down which led to super long wait for the lift at peak hour like breakfast time. Do think they need to relook into the lift."

"Already paid for tourism tax via trips.com Hotel still charge us the tourism tax . Very unpleasant for the trip. Why do we have to pay tourism tax when we already paid thru the apps via Trips.com. Evidence of tax paid, and hotel receipts of $10rm collected by the hotel staff . Future customers be beware of such double payments. As a frequent traveller to johor. Please beware of such practices by the hotel staff."

"Sadly noticed there is no housekeeping after 10 or 11pm .
Another feedback is hotel location that is secluded n dark and round a corner. If traffic light can be installed before a bend, to encourage drivers to slow down would be safer for all crossing over the road"

Pros: Convenient location with standard room. Hotel was nice to provide complimentary simple decoration and a slice of cake for our birthday celebration.
Cons: Housekeeping could be better. Toilet floor is not clean after house keeping, strands of hair still found. Pool close too early at 7pm. Breakfast could do some improvement too.

LLLeongVery clean, comfortable and spacious studio apartment next to R&F Mall. Within 10 minutes walk from JB CIQ. As my arrival was after 5pm, they gave instructions to get the keys at the lobby mailbox for self check-in. Thereafter, show to Security to enter lobby.
Stay includes use of gym, swimming pool, sauna, billiards and table tennis rooms. However, the swimming pool was closed for maintenance for 3 solid hours (9am to 12 noon) in the morning which was a great disappointment as I planned to relax in the pool prior to check-out. The agent, ANJU should have informed prior to checking in.

ZZooie85The location of the hotel is indeed a plus factor . The check in process was swift and the staff are friendly and helpful .
The hotel room seem abit old with the water heater not able to discharge hot water . There is also insufficient of wall plug socket and the noise output from the air conditioner and for some time will feel the room very warming though there is no change in the temperature and was set at very low degree celsius .
The wifi connection is not strong and will experience been cut off and need to sign in again, so best is to subscribe to own data roaming or buy local sim card .
The gym facilities and equipment is just very basic and try to visit when no people if not might need to spend time waiting for available equipment fitness to use .

LLyon SimIt’s been a while since my last stay at KSL, and this visit was overall decent. Check-in was quite fast, probably helped by the off-peak timing as I arrived around 8pm. The lifts at Tower 1 are much faster compared to Tower 2, and I was happy that my room assignment was near the lift as requested.
On the downside, the room could use some refurbishment as the paint looks tired, and the chiller wasn’t working and had a bad smell. On a positive note, I was pleasantly surprised that the room came with a bathtub, which was a nice touch.

RRashid DerisThe hotel is close to where the restaurant is located and Legoland Theme park. The staffs are very friendly and the check in time is very quick. The hotel facilities are very nice. Breakfast is good with a variety of food options. I would recommend the hotel for my friends and family. I will definitely come back.

RRandomstuffsgWe had a great stay at Hotel Granada Bukit Indah! It’s super convenient—just a short walk to AEON Mall and close to plenty of cafes, shops, and even Sutera Mall is just a short drive away.
We stayed in Room 918, which had a lovely view and was spacious and clean. We really appreciated that the room wasn’t carpeted—it feels fresher and is actually our preference too. Service was prompt and friendly; we requested an extra pair of slippers and they brought it up quickly without fuss.
The buffet breakfast was decent, with a good enough variety to start the day. All in all, a solid stay for the price and location—would definitely return.

KKakjaibooked as a leisure while attend our bestfriend wedding at setia tropika, but we had an accident within 30mins to arrive at the hotel. kami sangat berterima kasih kepada cik apple, kerana keikhlasan dan empati yang ada pada cik apple. kami sampai agak awal dari eta sepatutnya, saya clueless sebab suami di highway tunggu insurans company untuk uruskan kenderaan kami, saya dan anak dihantar ke hotel oleh strangers. saya cuba nasib tanya cik apple, boleh ke kami check in awal .. cik apple semak kekosongan, dan yeay kami dibenarkan untuk naik ke bilik kami lebih awal🥹. dekat situ separuh kerisauan saya dah hilang .. sebab saya risaukan baby saya.. group of our friends datang and make it a bit ”kecoh” 🤣, saya beritahu kepada cik ”lelaki” maaf yaa bising sikit .. cik ”lelaki” tuh cakap tak mengapa ni masih terkawal😂😂😂. btw saya lupa laa nama cik”lelaki” ni, saya terpaksa extend lagi 1 malam sebab kawan kawan saya tak kami balik ke kl dengn public transport. cik”lelaki” ni uruskan hal hal saya dengan sangat cekap. terima kasih saya ucapkan, actually semua staff polite! tak kedekut dengan senyumannnn, tak JUDGY, tak buat kami rasa janggal. heeee, goodjob jugak untuk housekeeping dan BOH staff fr the goodfood🥰

JJoeTmVery basic hotel near City Square. To reach the hotel, you can go through the Zenith lifestyle mall opposite Komtar on the 2nd floor and turn left. The streets are brightly lit and some eateries still opened so I don't feel unsafe. Stayed for just 1 night. Room was not very big but sufficient for 1 person. Tv has Sg channels which was a plus for me. Shower gel n shampoo does not feel good, so I used the soap instead. Water pressure and temperature in the shower was consistent. Drinking water can be obtained at the water dispenser. No toilet paper provided when I checked into the room and took a while for them to deliver after my request.
