This was my second stay at this hotel. While I appreciate the convenient location, I did notice that the property could benefit from some maintenance and upgrades.
During my stay, the toilet sliding door was quite hard to open and close, the shower holder was leaking, and the hot water only lasted for a short while. When I checked with the maintenance team, I was informed that it was due to the small water tank and heater — perhaps this could be improved for guest comfort.
The room carpet felt a bit sticky, and the TV remote control wasn’t working properly for adjusting the sound. Overall, I believe with some refurbishment and better upkeep, this hotel could provide a much better experience for returning guests.
The room was clean, tidy and cozy for single person to stay for a night. The hotel was surrounded by convenience store, restaurant, hawker centre, and even fast food chain store from the hotel. The hotel staff was helpful and informative. Overall, the stay was pleasant and comfortable and it’s definitely worth the price for the stay. I will stay here again if I ever come to visit Johor again.
I’ve stayed here many times but getting more and more disappointed with this hotel. It’s getting old and in need of renovations. A light in my room couldn’t be switched off at Night and it affected my sleep. The technician came to repair but the problem was not solved.

modern and stylish the hotel was for its price point. It’s a hidden gem that offers great value, especially for a short weekend getaway. The interior decor has a chic, contemporary feel—definitely more “boutique hotel” than budget. The room was clean, nicely designed, and had a cozy vibe. The bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was stable throughout my stay.
The location is quite convenient too
The hotel is very clean and comfortable, with a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home. The rooms are well-maintained and quiet, ensuring a relaxing stay. The environment is pleasant and peaceful, perfect for rest or work. Staff are friendly and helpful, making the overall experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay.
Front desk very friendly and considerate because I do not have cash so he said its ok to not put a deposit. Hotel is clean but the location is a bit far from many things. Convenient if you have a car.
the location was near to my event at UTM Skudai, just 5km away,8 min drive.
the hotel staff was friendly, they help me on the issue with access card well.
the breakfast was simple.Although it was not included, anyway they provided a simple breakfast of half boil egg, bread, coffee and tee.
the room space was just nice, quite large.there is also a working table even it was small.the wardrobe with lamp, also good.
the toilet is clean.only i dont like a toilet with glass wall.
overall was satisfactory and sure will stay again if have trip to UTM Skudai.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I arrived at the hotel around 10 PM, feeling exhausted after a nearly 7-hour journey from Kuala Lumpur to Johor Bahru. To make things worse, the shower room was clogged right after the first person used it. I also noticed that the toilet and the shower share the same pipe and the plumbing is very terrible design.
We called housekeeping, but they were unable to fix the issue. That night, we had to use the toilet and shower in another double-bed room on the same floor, just two or three doors down from ours. They promised that maintenance would come the next day to fix it.
Last but not least, although the toilet issue was eventually resolved, the TV in our room wasn’t working. Because of this, the kids couldn’t enjoy watching the cartoon channels, which was quite disappointing.
The room was quite small, but on the upside, the location was excellent. It came with toothbrushes and basic toiletries. A major downside was that the noise from the outdoor air conditioning units was very clear at night, severely impacting sleep.
Downstairs, the hotel had a wide variety of food options: Helu House, Superstar, Bengong's Tea, Bandeng Noodles, hotpot, Korean BBQ, Western pizza, ********* food... everything you could imagine.
This time, we tried the 'Magical Fish,' which was similar to a Chinese Yunnan hotpot.

XXiu Tang XuanThe location is convenient, you can eat it down, nearby is Wufu City Shopping Mall, the person in charge of the counter is kind, as much as possible to help, health is OK, the main price is cost-effective.
GGuest UserThe room is quite spacious.Amneities such as towel are bad.It is not suitable to be used.Looks like rags and only good to be used to clean floor or to wipe dust.Bedsheet and pillow cover looks very old and faded. It will be good if they use white cloth as bedsheets and pillow covers instead of coloured.
TTaneverything is fine the only thing is the air conditioner very poor, I not sleep well due to room temperature is hot and birds is home at the air con compressor very noisy at night.
MMs FendiI recently stayed at Redpine Boutique Hotel for a short getaway, and overall, I had a fantastic experience but sadly theres no refrigerator in the hotel room. Location wise, it is very convenient. Theres a 24h minimart and other convenient stores that closes at midnight. Hope to come back and have a refrigerator installed in the room next time😁
GGuest UserThe hotel staff are kind and polite, the facilities are well-equipped and the bathroom is clean and tidy. The neighborhood is not bad. There are also delicious food nearby, and you can also take a car or take a ride to the mall. 👍
MMohd RidhwanLocation of the hotel nearby to many amenities. The room was small and towel provided was not a standard hotel towel, looks like a cheap towel. Hope management can improve.
