Having visited & stayed in many hotels over the years. I was Extremely happy with the service I had received from a staff member you have working there (Isnando) if I have spelt his name wrong I apologise in advance. one of the best Customer service I have come across Extremely helpful with directions around the city & what places visit. Bonus was the best shower I have experienced.

Great hotel located close to airport, and to city center, room was big, with 2 queen beds, comfortable sleep, super clean, awesome shower. Free parking, and breakfast, always a plus. Front desk personnel was courteous and efficient, easy check n and out. I would definitely return if in town!

Estávamos viajando e não subimos até onde iríamos. Então não tínhamos reservado. Como conhecemos esta rede, optamos por ele. Fica muito próximo da BR 101. Felizmente tinha quartos disponíveis. O atendimento nota 10. O Hotel é excelente. Ficamos no apartamento 226. Quarto grande. Com duas camas de casal. Lençóis, travesseiros, edredons de excelente qualidade. Tem uma bancada para trabalho e outra baixa para as malas. Frigobar, ar split, TV, cofre, cabideiro, espelho de corpo inteiro. Banheiro de bom tamanho, com chuveiro excelente, ducha higiênica, toalhas macias, produtos de higiene. O lavatório fica separado, na entrada do apartamento. Tudo excelente. Tudo muito limpo. O hotel tem estacionamento grande e seguro. Tem restaurante, terceirizado, onde é servido o café da manhã, que é cortesia do hotel, mas servem almoço e jantar. O café da manhã só tem uma definição: Excelente e ponto final.

Café da manhã não é bom com poucas opções sem reposição de itens de banho camreiras e serviços de quarto tem muitas faltas mas há pontos bons como a cama ser muito confortável mas os funcionários são bem gentis e prestativos além do café só ir até as 9 30 da manhã mas de resto é razoável não recomendo muita para família.

Estive hospedada no hotel de 01/12 a 05/12/2024, na recepção fui bem atendida, recebi os vouchers para o café da manhã relativo ao período, encontrei o quarto limpo e bem organizado. O quarto foi limpo e arrumado todos os dias, o café e o jantar são muito bons.

Ambiente limpo, guarda volumes, cama confortável, TV com vários canais, chuveiro quente, Wifi com sinal forte, café da manhã excelente,.Anderson e Fernanda da recepção atenciosos e muito gentis, enfim, super recomendo, irei voltar mais vezes.
