My girlfriend and I travel full time, and we stayed here for one night in a 2 bedroom. We didn’t want to go into the typical Towneplace Suites dive-bar-style lobby (television on, music playing), so we just told them to issue a mobile key. They didn’t, of course, so we told them to bring our key cards to us in the parking lot instead. They did, but not without making sure we knew it was a huge hassle for them, and totally not standard protocol. Sure does sound like not my problem. Want to force guests through your lobby? Then maintain a decent lobby atmosphere. The room was clean enough. Hotel was a carelessly designed waste of potential, as with nearly every Towneplace Suites in the country. Non-existent soundproofing in the rooms/floors/ceilings, as-per the brand standard. Internet was ridiculously slow - even their “high speed” internet was something like 5 to 7 mbps both ways. LTE was faster. The current standard for high speed internet is 30/30 mbps. A few good things, in my opinion, that I’ll say about this place: Compared to other Towneplace Suites hotels, the beds and pillows were excellent. The shower heads are the best kinds found in Towneplaces, the oven light worked, and even the surface light on the microwave worked. And to their credit, it was technically possible to get to our room while completely avoiding their dumpster of a lobby.
