Newly built with Large rooms and plenty of hangout space this home is perfect for family fun and company retreats! All 4 bedrooms have a master bedroom style setup with attached bathrooms! Theres lots of trails for biking, side by sides, running, motorcycles and more. We also have kayaks and paddle boards at the house for lake fun. We have a private dock for fishing and parking boats About pets:No pets allowed.Absolutely no pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:The house has a gravel driveway. 4x4 is recommended and will be necessary if there is snow on the ground..No Smoking No Pets.
