골프장이 같이 있어 좋왔어요. 수영장도 좋와.공하메서 차안막히면 15분이면 호텔도착하는것 같아요. 파나마도 출퇴근시간은 막힌다고 합니다.

Alquilé la habitación para una amiga, para que descansara unas horas entre vuelo y vuelo. A pesar de que facilité todos los datos al hotel, a través de Tryp, no autorizaron su acceso hasta dos horas después de su llegada, lo que la impidió descansar como queríamos. Una falta total de profesionalidad, . Cuando finalmente pudo acceder, la habitación no tenía agua caliente y el tf no funcionó.
De todo ello son conscientes en el hotel. Intenté hablar con el director pero no me fue imposible por falta de interés de la dirección
Creo que deberían exigir al hotel el reembolso total de lo pagado.

Excellent hôtel, chambre moderne, spacieuse et très propre. Le lit est fantastique immense et super confortable, un rêve. La piscine est très grande et super agréable. Le petit déjeuner buffet est très très bien. Le bar est très agréable mais le grand plus c’est le personnel professionnel, amical, super efficace, attentionné, un vrai service cinq étoiles. Bravo. 🤩

Exceptional Service and a Wonderful Surprise Upgrade
I had made two separate reservations—one for a suite and another for a regular room—due to an unexpected extension of my trip. To my surprise, the reception manager, a truly kind and professional lady, upgraded my standard room to a suite for the additional day. I didn’t even request anything she just made it happen!
From the moment I arrived, the guest service was absolutely impeccable. Every interaction with the staff felt warm, attentive, and effortless.
Many thanks to the great staff and will definitely be coming back!

The entire staff at The Santa Maria was excellent. The hotel was kept in impeccable condition. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable.
Anytime we needed something sent to our room it was there in a matter of minutes. The pool area was sufficient and clean.
The only 2 negatives in my opinion was the food options. We are vegetarian and the food options were extremely limited. If you didn't do the breakfast buffet and decided to go a la cart it took a very, very long time for the food to come out.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
