Very attentive staff, there is a buffet restaurant where you have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Throughout the day there is an open snack bar and different bars. In addition to the night prior reservation you can go to a Dominican, Mediterranean, Tex Mex restaurant... I loved the hotel and the surroundings.

The staff is really nice except Nicholas from font desk was really rude and unprofessional just because I was asking to update to add one person that I will paid the difference he start screaming a me and didn’t let me talk it was really unpleasant all other staff are excellent Jose, Antonio and Irving was really friendly and also the animation team like Ronald is great from the bartender Luis Roberto from the restaurant and Juana all of them are great

The hotel was gorgeous! Very beautiful and clean. The check-in clerk was very helpful! We could see that there were several activities available, such as multiple pools and the beach, but unfortunately weren't staying long enough to take advantage of many of them. We did enjoy lunch on a restaurant built on a pier over the ocean with absolutely beautiful views!
