Disappointed with the way of reply to a request for reservation and a simple usual inquiry from a hotelier to a hotelier asking for an upgrade and mentioned ((if possible))received a very un welcoming reply, supposed to be from a manager that should know how to reply in a way apologetic if he is unable to accommodate request. After that experience and as someone working in the field in a luxury hotels, I’m really chocked and surprised with the way such manager can deal with a guest or someone showed interest in his property, as if I was begging! Just to tell him, good luck with you with such way. Will never visit such property

Great apartment ,very well equipped with all the accessories that you need for comfort stay. The location is unbelievable, in the heart of the Recreation area. Minute walking from the beach, a lot is restaurants, bars, and other food stores. Amazing place to stay, we felt like in Miami Beach. The only disadvantage of the area is the parking solutions, we paid 34 euro for night. For sure we will come again.

Accueil très aimable. Le point fort de l’établissement est sa position très centrale, à deux pas de la plage. La chambre est plutôt vaste, convenablement équipée. Literie confortable, salle de bains fonctionnelle est très propre. La climatisation est un peu sonore (sensible la nuit, mais on peut l’éteindre à défaut d’un mode doux) et la rue encore plus. Préférer donc une chambre qui donne sur la cour. Pas de salle de petit déjeuner, mais possibilité de le prendre en chambre (espace kitchenette intégré). Parking possible au Palais des Congrès : hors de prix (34€ pour moins de 24h00 !!!) mais sans doute prudent : la population qui déambule dans les rues le soir (comme dans toutes les stations balnéaires du littoral) est très alcoolisée.

Accueil chaleureux. Prestations très correctes, personnel très disponible. Localisation.parfaite pour éviter de prendre la.voiture durant le week-end. Tout est faisable à pieds de nombreux commerces. Supermarché A 2 minutes à pieds de la plage Nous avons même prolongé notre séjour d'une nuit

Camera con anche angolo cucina, abbastanza attrezzato. Camera discretamente pulita. Ottima posizione a due passi dal mare e dai locali. Riordino della stanza inutile… hanno solo tirato le coperte del letto. Accoglienza essenziale. Sarebbe utile insonorizzare le camere, si sente tutto. Consigliato per 1/ 2 notti non di più!

Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre #304 du 23/08 au 03/09. Un établissement situé en plein coeur de Juan. Le maître mot est simplicité, mais cela n'empêche pas le confort et la propreté dans les chambres, ainsi qu'un accueil fort cordial. Un rapport qualité/prix excellent.

Appartements/studios tres propres, tres bien amenages. Dans le coeur de Juan-les-pins, donnant sur la partie pietonne entouree de restaurants et bars. Boulangers a proximite. Avons ete du cote cours, donc pas de probleme de bruit, alors que nous y etions pour le 14 Juillet et pendant le festival de jazz. Tres proche des plages (5mn maxi)
