I’ll cut to the chase: the place is filthy everywhere. My room wasn’t well cleaned either: hairs, mould stains in the shower and used soap left by the last guest. I wouldn’t even touch the ‘breakfast’ place (tables looked like they were cleaned a year ago). If you are placed on the top floor, brace yourself for a lot of stairs. The room is extremely small. I wouldn’t call this place a hotel but a low budget hostel. There’s no one at reception for most of the time which isn’t good if you have issues. My shower drain was blocked and nothing was done even though I complained twice. Positive side is that the room has a fridge and there’s a microwave on the second floor. The manager Kenza is nice. If you can, pay a little bit more and go to a proper hotel. Don’t believe the photos online, it’s not like that. I regretted. This place is expensive for what it is.

A down to earth small hotel which has all that is needed. Not luxurious, but hot water, clean sheets and above all fantastic service from the lady managing the hotel. A big plus from the nice little breakfast on a terrace. Very price worthy - at approx 100EUR per night during MIPIM thought this was a great deal. Close by to train station and by bike 30 minutes along the shore to Central Cannes. Great for a morning run along the beach too. Recommended!

Don’t expect luxury but good value for money for Juan. It has the basics, the room on first floor was nice and clean, bathroom could do with an update but again all reflected in the price The lady at reception was very nice and helpful Ok for a night at a very reasonable rate

Hotel located in the city, without private parking, therefore paid parking on the street, despite the very pleasant welcome from the owner at reception, the latter is not open all day, no presence at night. Which means that customers think they are at home and do not respect silence. Be careful, no elevator to the 4th floor. In the evening in the street there is a noise of cans, drunk customers, music from the PUB. Simple room, nothing more, the stairs cluttered with bags of dirty laundry and construction tools.

Chambres propres et bien aménagées, accueil très chaleureux, petit déjeuner délicieux. Un hôtel familial très agréable avec un petit charme désuet. A noter parce que cela peut déranger certaines personnes (mais pas nous ;) ): les chambres sur rue sont bruyantes, et il n'y a pas d'ascenseur (4 étages).
