非常差勁的！一個發票開了3天都開不出來，不懂是不是在偷税漏税！
退房的時候叫他們開發票，他們讓加前台那邊的微信，按照他們的要求加了微信將開票訊息發給他們後，酒店説稍後會開了發給我，結果等我走了都一直沒開。
第二天通過微信聯繫他們，消息回覆説好的，但是實際還是沒開給我，第三天的時候打電話給酒店，説去核實，但是還是一點沒有消息，截至我發這條評論仍然沒有將發票開給我！
出差住過這麼多酒店第一次遇到這樣子的，別的酒店一個發票幾分鐘就開出來了！就算沒有當場開出來，後續也會通過微信發送過來，結果這個酒店嘴上説好的好的，實際全部是敷衍，搞不懂一個發票為什麼三天都開不出來！

前台未告知超過兩點退房時間要扣按金 兩點多一點正準備要去退房 前台打電話説已經把按金給扣了 這種行為是不合理的 如果前台已經告知超過兩點退房時間扣除半天房費六點可以退房 前台沒告知最後還是給扣了 服務態度很差 前台打電話沒告知非得説已經告知了 我也不想跟前台爭辯了11點左右的時候我跟前台打過電話 咱們可以查通話都説了些什麼 我要求給我退款
