Segovia Lodge Junction TX I -10

I arrived at 1AM desperate for sleep and unfortunately felt very unsafe here due to my door being broken, clearly looked like it had already been broken into, or out of. It was a sketchy vibe. The bed and floor were damp. I uncovered the blankets and there was dirt under the sheets, I couldn’t relax enough to even sleep despite me exhaustion. I checked to see if the shower was at least clean for the morning, all I really wanted was some rest and a shower but there was nasty mold all over the shower curtain and terrible, almost non existent water pressure dripping out of the shower head. That’s when I decided I couldn’t stay there. I swear I’m not typically one to complain either but this was bad. I spoke with the front desk and let them know what happened and that I was checking out, but I’m not sure he even remembers as I had to wake the poor guy up. Despite my exhaustion I’d rather sleep in my car. ******* tried to get me a refund but the property repeatedly refused. So I’m here to let you know. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. And especially don’t run the risk of getting kidnapped or attacked at this unsecured property.

Definitely not what was advertised. The staff was not friendly. The water was close to brown so I did not feel safe showering me or my kids. We booked 2 nights but checked out after the first night. There was no pool... there was grass and weeds grown all around it. There was a guy with a leaf blower staring at me as I loaded up my vehical.... super uncomfortable as I was dressed to head to the river.... Really wish I could be refunded at least for the night I didnt stay!

Didn't like the price for 2 star hotel. Was expecting to pay around $100 but instead was charged $141. Also had to pay a $7 insurance charge which I didn't want. Staff was rude. They wouldn't even give us an extra blanket for bed. They said they didn't have any extra blankets to give us. Sign on door was rude. Stating if customer was late in checking out they would have charged an extra day. I m very disappointed and will not ever come back again! Was planning on staying here on trip to Austin every year but will no longer even consider doing that. Also there wasn't a phone in the room and there was no coffee pot or coffee in reception area.

It was ok, we got there so it was closed but the man there help us by a window very helpful

Patience The greeter wasn't very friendly because our reservation wasn't on the screen yet he wanted to charge us full price and he had to ask for help. The second greeter Denada on the otherhand was very friendly and patient enough to wait for our reservation to come up on the screen. Then after check in he showed us our room and how to work the tv.

Cheap I appreciate the low cost for the half decent room. The floor was a bit dirty, but everything else seemed clean but definitely looks old and well used.
