由于看到的是筠连鸿达宾馆，定了后发现没有在筠连而是在腾达，我马上申请退款，商家不给退，然后他直接给我点入住，我打电话让他退款，我说我没有住为什么给我点已经入住，直接很恶劣态度说了两句给我挂了，想赚钱疯了吧！一百多塊錢你要吃一辈子一辈子，真恶心。
