Minha hospedagem no La Plage foi em fevereiro de 2025, antes do carnaval. Nas fotos, o hotel parece muito maior do que realmente é. Os espaços da área da piscina e do café da manhã são bem apertados, além de ter pouquíssimas vagas na frente do hotel para estacionar. A limpeza dos quartos e das áreas comuns eh um ponto positivo. Os funcionários são educados, muito prestativos e simpáticos. O fato de ser um hotel pé na areia torna a estadia muito agradável. O café da manhã não tem grande variedade como em outros hotéis da mesma categoria, mas tem boa qualidade.

Os quartos são velhos, as áreas comuns e de lazer estão mal cuidadas e danificadas, as politicas do hotel são inflexíveis, os funcionários são antipáticos e até grosseiros (estava os na área da praia e o funcionário tirou o guarda sol onde estávamos sob a sombra porque ele disse que era das cadeiras ao lado. Simplesmente tirou e dane-se o cliente/hóspede) Sério??? Última vez aqui com certeza. Não recomendo mesmo, aliás sugiro que se hospidem em outros. Há vários muito melhores que esse aqui. Nunca mais...

Hotel pé na areia, piscina aquecida, quarto limpo, grande e confortável, banheiro com tamanho muito bom, café da manhã muito bom, atendimento excelente, localização excelente. A única coisa ruim é que são apenas 6 vagas para carros, sendo 1 reservada para preferencial. Porém, já sabia dessa informação antes de reservar.

Estive no hotel uma outra vez e a experiencia foi completamente diferente. Deram nos um quartinho e, no meio da noite acabou a energia, choveu e alagou o quarto e banheiro. Pedimos uma providencia e o porteiro nos disse que a gerente chegaria so depois de 3 horas

A localização é pé na areia mesmo. Excelente. No entanto, acabei de chegar e tive uma péssima experiência. Quando reservei só havia um quarto disponível (mais simples). Após o pagamento feito antecipadamente, ofereceram “uma oportunidade de upgrade” para um quarto com varanda e vista para o mar. Aceitei. Ao chegar, depois de pagar o tal upgrade no check-in, veio a surpresa…. O quarto fica literalmente ao lado de uma obra no hotel. Se deixar a janela aberta certamente os funcionários da obra terão “ vista “ dos seus aposentos durante todo o dia! Bela oportunidade !!! Me sinto enganado !!!

Reservamos apartamento casal luxo com vista para o mar. Pagamos com antecedência! Não fomos informados que o hotel estava em obras! Moramos na Inglaterra e viemos para descansar e não para escutar barulho de serra elétrica que parece dentro do quarto! Serviço bom e limpo mas mal administrado! Não recomendamos e não voltaremos! Gerencia inexistente para controlar nível de barulho ! Horrível! Muitas outras opções na praia de Juquehy!

Manutenção do hotel muito ruim , paredes do banheiro com infiltração , áreas comuns sujas , café da manhã ruim , com os alimentos expostos sem cuidado , mesas sujas . Apesar da excelente localização o hotel precisa de gerenciamento , treinamento funcionários e manutenção
