Our stay in hotel was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and very helpful, eager to fulfill every request. The room cleaning girls ( Victoria and Natasha) were beyond our expectations, trying to make our stay as good as possible. The spa facilities were great. We were using sauna/steam room every day, not to mention indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The breakfast was really very good, as it was advertised. The only small claud spoiled our great impression was kind of misunderstanding about local phone calls from the room. At the very beginning we asked if the local calls from the room phone were free of charge, and we were assured that they were. However, at the end we were charged 14 Euros for a couple of call we made. Knowing about the charges we would use WhatsUp application. The money is no big deal, but they should have give us an honest answer about the charges to start with.

Welcoming staff. We vacationed with our family and our four-legged friend. 2.5 hours of SPA on Friday and 1.5 hours on Saturday. Tasty breakfast. Visiting the hotel in January with the whole family has already become our good tradition. 👍

The rooms are spacious, the hot water is good and the facilities meet the needs. Close to the sea, the parking space is sufficient, suitable for self-driving. The front desk is efficient and the service is fast.

A beautiful beach hotel, with a variety of restaurants in the glass room. It's the best hotel to take a holiday in the Baltic. There are not many restaurants around, and you cannot swim at the beach, so the major activity is to sit in the restaurant and enjoy seafood and drinks.
