Finally, the hotel service team ”exists in name only.” I made a mistake about the number of days I would stay when I checked in. I found out later but didn't update my room card. As a result, I couldn't swipe my room card the next day. The deposit wasn't returned after I checked out. It wasn't until I found out that I provided a receipt for the deposit. After returning from an afternoon trip, I found that the room had not been cleaned. I asked the front desk to come later, but in the end they didn't come until we went to bed. This is really a flaw and unacceptable. Two stars for service: one for the shuttle bus driver to Tofu Village and one for the friendly service staff. I sincerely hope that a hotel with such good conditions and design will not be ruined by such a dishonest service team.
