這次入住體驗堪稱糟糕透頂！原本以為酒店有專屬停車場，沒想到竟是公用停車場。停好車後更令人崩潰——停車場不僅不與酒店連通，而且燈光昏暗得近乎漆黑。作為兩位年逾六旬的長者，我們衹能艱難地拖着沉重的行李箱，摸索着原路返回地面。
到前台反映情況時，遭遇的態度更是雪上加霜。前台經理先是用質疑的口吻表示可以乘坐商場電梯上來，當我質問為何諮詢停車時未被告知這一情況，她竟推脱説："當時你問的不是我"，全無半點歉意。更諷刺的是，剛剛被我諮詢過的工作人員就站在一旁！當我要求她給出解決方案時，她竟説要去和保安溝通，可停車場裏連保安的影子都見不到！面對我的質疑，她衹是反覆強調不是她接待的，當我講到你們全季就是這樣培訓員工的嗎？她的言論更讓我震驚："我們這個全季不是連鎖的全季，和它標準不一樣。"原來這竟是個"李鬼"酒店！
最令人失望的是，這位經理全程推卸責任，毫無解決問題的誠意。反而是另一位工作人員一直在誠懇道歉，對比之下更顯諷刺。年輕人犯錯並不可怕，可怕的是沒有勇氣承擔責任、直麪問題。在此提醒各位，入住時一定要擦亮眼睛，別像我們一樣踩雷！

縣裡的小店，參照如此優惠的價格，各方面都還不錯！服務很周到，早餐比預想好，有停車位。距離塔和文廟很近，特別方便。唯一不足是對面有家KTV，門口醉鬼出來後有點吵，但這個酒店也沒有辦法。
