I have stayed with this chain in the past, so I knew what to expect. The location is a little inconvenient if you're taking the train. You have to cross the pedestrian bridge to get to the most stuff like the 7/11. My stay was relatively pleasant until my room was cleaned. I was given a duvet that had a strong smell. I went to the desk to tell them and they just started to laugh.They were laughing at the translation. I was not amused. I did get my duvet changed, but the unprofessionalism by the front desk was a bit shocking since that has never happened to me with this hotel chain.The staff was young, so I gave them a pass. I will say kudos to the lovely ladies in the kitchen. They created the most delicious breakfasts every morning.

There are too few breakfast options, and the drinks don't even have fresh milk. The room is too small. The best thing is that the air conditioner can be set to cold or warm, but the bathtub is leaking, and my feet are soaked after washing because the slippers are too thin

This is a business hotel suitable for short stays, but there are only seven parking spaces downstairs. If there is no space, you need to cross the overpass to find a paid parking lot. You can request the hotel staff to reserve a parking space in advance.

I didn't know you could reserve parking spaces, so I couldn't park next to it, but they told me about other parking lots!
The amenities were great, and I was happy to get free breakfast and children's meals.

The location is close to Kamenjin Station and Kamenjin's newly opened shopping mall. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are up to standard. However, if you are traveling by car, you need to find a parking space nearby.
