Zeynep Hotel

Great hotel even without golf ambitions. Very clean pools, one of which is Olympic-sized. Beach bar open 24 hours a day and there was something to eat at every corner, with the main meals leaving nothing to be desired. The well-kept lawns between the beach and the hotel are recommended.

We had a holiday for 2 children and 2 adults on 24-28 August 2022. The hotel's food is not bad, the pools are nice. The sea, on the other hand, is gradually deep and sandy, but quite wavy and turbid. That's why we couldn't enter. There was little to no animation. Rooms are moderately large. Mini fridge will do. Cleanliness is still manageable. We stayed in room 2322 in 2 storey bungalows. I could give 5 points if there were animation team and evening shows. But this time, I would break points from the sea, 4 points again :) As a result, it is still a decent hotel to come.

First of all, I would like to thank dear Mr. Kaan Uygun from Tatilbudur, who puts me in pain and hesitation every year. He solved my problems by opening my phone without getting tired. Dear Zeynep hotel family, you are wonderful. Imagine a hotel where you never lose anything. You lost it without realizing it, they just plug it in, security is great. The pier is amazing, the food is great, the shows are excellent. We were there for a week as a family and were disappointed. So far it was the worst five star hotel we have visited. The hotel looks old-fashioned, has gotten old. The facility is very old. There are no theme nights. We didn't find the hotel particularly clean either. Our room was only cleaned once in a week. Since it is extremely hot at the end of July, we went up to our room with the children in the afternoon. Our room was not cleaned because our door had "do not disturb" written on it that said "please clean my room" until the afternoon was not taken into account. We had to ask to have the air conditioning checked every afternoon because it wasn't working. It wasn't admitted, but we suspect the air conditioning was turned down to save energy. On our penultimate day we were sitting at the lobby bar when a gentleman came and said "1 tea!" said and went straight to the terrace. When asked who that was, we were told it was the manager of the hotel. We found it very strange that he didn't know the word "please" to his employees and didn't even look at us, let alone greet us, who were sitting at the bar and were guests of his hotel. The big plus of this hotel is its staff. Special mention should be made of Özlem and Sevtap at the reception, Zozan at the lobby bar, Mehmet Ali in the restaurant, Zafer at the pool bar and everyone else whose names we unfortunately couldn't remember. Everyone was very accommodating, helpful, friendly and respectful. A big thank you!!!

Отдыхали с семьей в июле 2019. Море чистое, питание вкусное и разнообразное, анимация скромная, уборка номеров хорошая. Номера правда, тесноваты для пятерки. Очень понравилось разнообразие меню, лепешки, мороженое, фрукты, коктейли и оперативность обслуживания. Чистый пляж, мало навязчивых рекламщиков
