Excellent view the whole three Pyramids in front of you 5 minutes from the Pyramids area good location helpful staff clean rooms new facilities definitely come back again It was an amazing experience at this hotel The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful always making sure everything was perfect The rooms were clean comfortable and well kept with all the amenities I needed The overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay

I had a very bad experience in this hotel i booked it through “booking “ and i confirmed with them that my flight will arrive in the evening so they will not cancel my reservation and they said no problem, But when i reached the hotel they told me that they don’t have rooms available and they thought that one guest will check out by the time i will arrive but his flights get cancelled so he extended his stay there . And they give me two solution the 1st one to take a room still under the construction in the same hotel and the 2nd one i have to wait for the manager who will take me to another hotel near to their hotel and when this one come he was blaming me for coming late and he said check in should be before 6pm when i already informed them that i will come by 9pm and they replay to me that’s okay and in the application check in is between : 12:00-00:00 Anyway i choose to go and see the other hotel which is not near by their hotel and the area not safe at all and refuse to stay there . by the end i decided to search for another hotel by myself
