Very friendly staff, always ready to help. Left a pleasant impression! But the transfer to the airport was late, the hotel provided compensation - an upgrade to the room category. There were problems with the drain in the shower in the room, but it did not bother us much, as well as the smell from the air conditioner and cracks in the windows.
