When I was in Egypt, I stayed for consecutive nights It was a pyramid-viewed room with a superb view from the window and it was very nice But I didn't like the fact that the hardness of the bed creaked easily

Very nice hotel! The environment is very good, the room is clean, the service is very warm, the breakfast is also very good, it is very close to the pyramids, you can have breakfast in the morning and then go to the pyramids, and you can take a shower and check out when you come back. The lady at the front desk is also very cute!

Lovely staff who saw to all my needs and paid attention to detail. The location is quite far from the airport but obviously close to the pyramids. I did book the Nile river cruise through the hotel and the driver was quite weird. He stayed with us on the table and it was quite an invasion of our privacy. The hotel will probably call and say they have a free gift offered I.e driving to different stations like the papyrus paper shop and oil store, it’s information but a little waste of time.

The hotel is in an alley, and the reception is on the 11th floor of the building (? I forgot). The elevator room is very small, and you need to close the door yourself. The appearance of the building, the lobby on the first floor and the elevator room are all very ordinary, which is the kind that easily disappoints people. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is not very big, but it is also quite clean, and the equipment is generally new. There are two rooms with pyramid views. You can see the pyramid view in the restaurant, and there is a large terrace outside the restaurant, where you can look at the pyramid and eat. The overall service is good, but to be honest, the food here is relatively expensive, mainly Western food. We had lunch on the terrace, and the food was served very slowly. The hotel has a small underground parking lot for parking. Overall, the hotel facilities are relatively new, and the service attitude of the staff is very good. We set off early the next morning and missed breakfast. Without saying hello in advance, the hotel still tried its best to provide us with a packed breakfast. Although they said it was a simple breakfast, we all felt that it was rich and delicious, and we were very touched. The porters and the underground parking lot staff were very warm and simple. It takes about 10 minutes to drive from the hotel to the north gate of the pyramid. Although the surrounding environment of the hotel is average, we didn't mind driving there. In short, although the hotel has some areas that need improvement, such as one room had no hot water due to equipment failure, it is cost-effective, has a good service attitude, new facilities and equipment, and can overlook the pyramids.
