"The personal was always super friendly and helpful, super clean, location is super B! The only thing that was a “problem” would be the WiFi. In the room it did not work that well, but it’s a problem I had in all of Egypt so I’d say it was ok. The restaurant/bar upstairs has incredible view of the pyramids at night. I highly recommend this hotel, for many reasons, but mainly because there’s no noise from the streets at all, compared to other areas of Giza."

"We checked out at 4am, but they gave us a wrapped breakfast to take with us. The hotel restaurant included a service charge, which was a little pricey, but the hibiscus tea was delicious. The bathrooms were clean, too. There were two bottles of water in the room. The north entrance to the pyramids near the hotel was closed, so we could only enter from the Sphinx side. Both entrances were within walking distance. You could buy anything you want at the nearby supermarket, Carrefour, which was convenient."

"Our experience was really great: the hotel is very clean, the staff is nice and helpful, breakfast is top notch and you can enjoy your coffee in front of the Pyramid: simply amazing. The rooms are clean, WIFI is working well, the Gym is well equipped. The swimming pool is big and the area around it is nice, the water in April could have been a little bit warmer though. All in all a top experience, would come back any time."

"Room and toilet is clean. Breakfast buffet is limited. Housekeeping very prompt. Front desk admin friendly. Room view facing pyramids. The only downside is the air conditioning made funny noise and traffic is noisy too because of its location. Beside hotel there’s a mini mart and a vape shop.  A bit upset paid $55USD for airport transfer but the car couldn’t fit us"

"I give a 10/10 to the location, a beautiful terrace looking straight to the Pyramids. What makes this place special are the people working there, some of the kindest we met across Egypt, they helped and made our stay amazing. Definitely recommend Doudou!"

"This hotel is a bit difficult to find. Following the navigation, you'll find the hotel sign after entering the alley. Turn right inside the building and you'll find the elevator. Take the elevator on the far right to the 5th floor, then climb one more flight of stairs. The staff were very nice and polite, offering to help with luggage up the stairs. You can order food at the hotel, but it's not very good and quite expensive. And before eating or drinking, it's best to ask if it's free. Sometimes, we're used to free things in China, but they charge for them. For example, the hotel won't refill our bottles of mineral water, so subsequent bottles are charged, and they're quite expensive. We arrived early on check-in day, and the staff were very nice. They let us wait outside. After the previous guest left, they immediately cleaned and let us check in. However, the water heater in our room didn't work. After we reported it, they gave us another room and let us shower. The response was very prompt and friendly. The water heater was fixed on our second night. I also looked at other room types, and they all seemed quite small, especially the twin rooms, which felt a bit cramped. They were quite clean, though. There were no toilet paper dispensers in the room, only rolls in the bathroom, so remember to bring some! The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, which was a nice touch. The bedding seemed clean, though I did notice a few stains, which was acceptable. The room also had a refrigerator, which cooled well. The air conditioning also cooled well. The street outside was a bit noisy during the day, but it was manageable. Our room also had a view of the pyramids, which was quite nice. The hotel also has a large terrace with views of the pyramids, though there was construction work going on out front, and the crane obstructed the view a bit. All in all, the hotel was quite good and offered excellent value. I highly recommend it if you're staying near the pyramids on a budget."

It's affordable, ensuring you'll feel at home while abroad. The food is delicious and filling. It's refreshing... 2. The hotel is very close to the Grand Egyptian Museum, less than 800 meters away, making it within walking distance. The Pyramids are also 3 kilometers away, making it a great base for a short break. 3. The hotel offers excellent value for money, including slippers and Chinese-style power sockets. 4. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and the Chinese management team often offers preferential treatment to domestic guests."

Прямо из номера — панорамный вид на пирамиды, дух захватывает! 🏜️ Персонал — просто изумительный: вежливые, доброжелательные, очень внимательные. Мы приехали вечером — сразу предложили ужин, сами всё организовали. Заказали курицу — привезли жареного цыплёнка с ореховым соусом и свежим салатом. Было очень вкусно 😋 Позже захотели фруктов — тоже всё сделали быстро. Постоянно интересуются, всё ли хорошо, могут ли чем-то помочь — и всё в пределах разумного. Номер чистый, отель красивый, уютный, приятно находиться. Рядом множество кафе и магазинов — удобно. 🛍️ 💯 Однозначно рекомендуем! ——- 🌟 Great hotel with a view of the pyramids! A wonderful place you’ll want to come back to. Right from the room — a panoramic view of the pyramids, absolutely breathtaking! 🏜️ The staff is simply amazing — polite, friendly, and very attentive. We arrived in the evening and were immediately offered dinner, which they arranged themselves. We ordered chicken — they brought grilled chicken with a delicious nut sauce and fresh vegetable salad. It was incredibly tasty 😋 Later, we asked for some fruit — it was delivered quickly as well. They constantly checked if everything was okay and if they could help with anything — all within reason. The room was clean, and the hotel itself is beautiful and cozy — a pleasant place to be. There are plenty of cafes and shops nearby, which is very convenient. 🛍️ 💯 Highly recommend!"

"The service was great. Everyone was friendly and attentive and ready to help. The staff were at the front desk at all hours of the night. The rooftop views of the pyramids and the museum in the day and night are fantastic. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of foods to choose from and lots of seating. My Uber account wasn’t working, so the hotel was able to order me one. It came with a surcharge, but it was better than taking a taxi. There’s AC and plenty of space and storage in the room. Everyone has a good grasp of the English language. There is a great outdoor area to just relax day or night and next door is a tiny market for snacks and an oil shop. There are only a couple of cons: 1. They don’t take old or work out USD bills 2. I was given inconsistent pricing for the excursions they offered, so I booked most of them elsewhere 3. My room had no ventilation and I was unable to open my window. Also, after room service came in, it would smell faintly of cigarettes. 4. I was hand-washing and hanging clothes and housekeeping kept shutting the door to the bathroom so my clothes couldn’t dry and smelled moldy. The housekeeper for my floor didn’t speak good English, so it was a lost cause. 5. The tv only had like 10 channels and all Arabic and mostly news and religious Overall, I would book this hotel again, but maybe request a room with a window that opens or bring a mini-fan and room spray."
