"This is the most expensive hotel in this trip to Egypt, more expensive than Sofitel Aswan, but except for the good breakfast and good service, I am not very satisfied with other things. 1. There is only a bathtub, no hand-held shower. 2. There is a musty smell when the room is opened, and the sound insulation is very poor, and the sound of the road outside can be heard clearly. I stayed at Le Meridien Airport Hotel before, and the sound insulation was not so bad. Maybe if you want to stay in this hotel, you must book a room with a pyramid view, so that you will not face the road. 3. There is no Chinese TV, but this is a common problem in Egyptian hotels, and there is no way to solve it. 4. The buffet is very rich, but the chefs have a bad memory. I asked for waffles and muffins, but they didn’t come after 20 minutes. I went to see them, and they immediately reacted and made them for me after a few minutes. It made me eat in a hurry, but the taste was good. Personally, I think this hotel is specially for viewing the pyramids, and other requirements are difficult to meet."
"It is a pyramid view, but it is in a remote area, so it can be dangerous if you travel alone. There is only one alley to enter, and it is very dark. And every morning, there is a camel school, so camels completely block the road."
"Very happy hotel, unexpected surprise. The hotel is fully equipped, comfortable, clean and not far from the pyramid scenic spot. There is also a Carrefour supermarket next to it. Shopping and sightseeing are very convenient. The hotel also provides Western breakfast. The boss is a very friendly person. Although we arrived early, we arranged a room for us as soon as possible. When we left, we also helped us take our luggage and took us to the taxi. I am also very grateful to 🙏."

"Very nice hotel! The environment is very good, the room is clean, the service is very warm, the breakfast is also very good, it is very close to the pyramids, you can have breakfast in the morning and then go to the pyramids, and you can take a shower and check out when you come back. The lady at the front desk is also very cute!"
"From check-in to departure
The whole experience was very good
Excellent location
Staff are quite friendly
The disadvantage is that the workmanship in the bathroom is a bit rough
Drainage is not good
The bath products provided are not easy to use. It is recommended to bring your own."
"Breakfast can be seen directly on the top floor of the pyramid
The room with two suitcases can be accommodated for 600 room rates.
Overall it is quite satisfactory.
At present, the inspection has not lost anything. Specifically, I have to wait for the next stop of the hotel inspection.
My friend lost a hundred dollars in a five-star hotel opposite.
Although this hotel is relatively simple. But there is no loss. The price is also very high. The breakfast in the room I booked is free."
"The breakfast is very suitable for Chinese people. The view from the room is great, you can directly see the pyramids and the new museum. The boss is also very enthusiastic."
"The hotel is very close to the Giza Pyramids which is a nice tradeoff for it being somewhat distant from Cairo Central. Everyone on the staff is extremely nice and helpful, and they'll take care of any request you might have with a smile 😊 I haven't had the pleasure of such a friendly staff in my travels so I would definitely recommend this hotel if staff attitude and hospitality is a must for you!"

Perfect
LLmineryoI declare: This hotel is the most comfortable, satisfying and cleanest one I have stayed in Egypt for half a month! You can also see the pyramids outside the window. I really discovered this hotel by accident. As a Chinese tourist, I still care about cleanliness. I didn't expect that I could live in such a clean and tidy room at such a cheap price. All are newly decorated, house design and lighting, space, furniture, and bathroom supplies. I didn't expect that there is also conditioner! Loofah towel for bathing! It's great. The bedding is also brand new, with clear creases, and the towels are also new. I stayed for two days in a row. When I came back the next day, I found that the cleaning lady helped me change to a brand new one, and also helped me fold the clothes that were thrown around. It was really heartwarming. When I left, I came down a little late, which was also free. She also asked me how I was staying? The service staff were very enthusiastic and polite. When I went out, the grandfather took the initiative to help open the door. I felt so comfortable living here. I must book this one!
CCokopiAt first, I was scared to take the elevator to the hotel on the 5th floor, but after using it a few times, I got used to it!
The room was spacious and clean. The hotel staff were very considerate and asked me ”Everything's okay?” and ”Do you need a help?”, which I really appreciated.
AAnonymous UserMaria Pyramids House is an excellent small hotel right at the northern edge of the Pyramids. The staff, especially Mohammed, was very helpful and accommodating, and we had romantic private breakfasts and dinners on the rooftop while overlooking the pyramids! The room was very nicely furnished, with a small fridge and big bathroom. The only complaint was that the shower lacked water pressure and wasn't particularly hot. Right in front of the hotel and up the hill is the entrance to the Pyramids. Excellent location! Overall, I highly recommend Maria Pyramids House.
AAndrewZeng23Hygiene: The cleanest and most hygienic place I have ever stayed in Egypt. The towels are white and odorless, and the floor is also wiped clean.
Environment: There is a Carrefour supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient. The location is very close to the pyramids. It only costs 50 or 60 Egyptian pounds to take an Uber. It is suitable for friends who are rushing to the pyramids early in the morning. It is far from the city.
GGuest UserThe hotel has been open for over a month, so the facilities are brand new.
Overall, it is hard to find accommodations like this in old Egypt.
The bedding and towels are new and fresh.
However, it is still early, so the rooftop bar is scheduled to open next year.
So it is still difficult to order alcohol or food, but the facilities are all ready, so there is no problem with tables or enjoying the view.
A hairdryer will be provided, so please bring it.
I recommend this place because the staff is friendly and it is a good place.
AAnonymous UserFrom the hotel restaurant, we could see two of the three great pyramids of Giza, the Pyramid of Khufu and the Pyramid of Khafre, and the magnificent view was truly overwhelming.
Also, thanks to the polite and warm hospitality of the hotel staff, I was able to spend my time comfortably from start to finish. Furthermore, the guest rooms were very clean and beautifully appointed, which further enhanced the comfortable stay. We are truly grateful for the pleasant hospitality.
AAbadiSpursIt is located just a few minutes walking from the pyramid area. It has various types of rooms.
However, we were given a different type of room instead of what was booked even though we paid more initially.
The view was immense. You could see the pyramid well and clear.
JJamminontha1The service was great. Everyone was friendly and attentive and ready to help. The staff were at the front desk at all hours of the night. The rooftop views of the pyramids and the museum in the day and night are fantastic. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of foods to choose from and lots of seating. My Uber account wasn’t working, so the hotel was able to order me one. It came with a surcharge, but it was better than taking a taxi. There’s AC and plenty of space and storage in the room. Everyone has a good grasp of the English language. There is a great outdoor area to just relax day or night and next door is a tiny market for snacks and an oil shop.
There are only a couple of cons:
1. They don’t take old or work out USD bills
2. I was given inconsistent pricing for the excursions they offered, so I booked most of them elsewhere
3. My room had no ventilation and I was unable to open my window. Also, after room service came in, it would smell faintly of cigarettes.
4. I was hand-washing and hanging clothes and housekeeping kept shutting the door to the bathroom so my clothes couldn’t dry and smelled moldy. The housekeeper for my floor didn’t speak good English, so it was a lost cause.
5. The tv only had like 10 channels and all Arabic and mostly news and religious
Overall, I would book this hotel again, but maybe request a room with a window that opens or bring a mini-fan and room spray.
Vverytake-cI stayed in Cairo as a stopover, but checked in at midnight, slept for a few hours, had breakfast, and checked out immediately.
There was someone at the hotel front desk, so midnight check-in was smooth.
I was really happy that they upgraded my hotel room. It was impressive to see the pyramids from the balcony of my room.
Although it was a short stay, I was able to enjoy the pyramids.
JJemaine25Lovely staff who saw to all my needs and paid attention to detail. The location is quite far from the airport but obviously close to the pyramids.
I did book the Nile river cruise through the hotel and the driver was quite weird. He stayed with us on the table and it was quite an invasion of our privacy.
The hotel will probably call and say they have a free gift offered I.e driving to different stations like the papyrus paper shop and oil store, it’s information but a little waste of time.
