It is located in Tenmonkan, close to the downtown area. There are several affiliated parking lots nearby, and if you do not need to take your car in and out, you can park for 800 yen per night. The rooms are also well-cleaned and very clean. Amenities are available at the front desk. The disposable toothbrushes are of good quality compared to other hotels.

The hotel is in a good location, but parking is expensive. But I highly recommend this hotel, the service is very good. There is a black pork shabu-shabu restaurant just outside the hotel, The space is relatively large, and it is a great hotel.

Hotel can be accessed directly from the JR underpass, towards basement of hotel building. Tram station conveniently located in front of hotel. Hotel faces JR Station. Room is cozy with plenty of wall sockets. Good value for money. Room had lovely view of Mt Sakurajima.

The staff members were very hospitable. Check in was fast and Jeffrey gave us detailed explanation of the facilities of the hotel. He also greeted us every time he met us in the lobby. While the renovation in the room is old fashioned, it is kept clean. We were very lucky that we had good view of Sakurajima during our two days stay. Breakfast in the lobby cafe and dinner in the Japanese restaurant were good.

Excellent location, in the Kagoshimachuo station. Great price. Decent room, not cramped at all and space to lay out your luggage. Did not order breakfast. There are so many choices outside the hotel.

We loved the view from the room, Sakura Island was just in front of us and we could actually see smoke coming out of its crater which was pretty awesome. The pools were also nice and the traditional restaurant near the lobby had some great Japanese food. The service was excellent, too. The only downside was that the bus stop is a bit far and walking to it in the middle of summer isn’t pleasant. But a taxi to the main train station costs around ¥1,800 which isn’t bad.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was lovely. Check in and out was smooth. The hotel is very nice, clean and looks luxurious. Sited right next to Tenmonkan street and 2 min walk to tenmonkan tram station. Donki and Lawson right next door too. Location is very convenient. Room is abit small but we knew this beforehand. Plenty of thoughtful amenities in the room which we really appreciate. Great stay and will come again next time!

The location is right in the planetarium business district, with many restaurants and shopping options. There is also a convenience store next to it. It is not far from the central train station, and there are many buses. It only takes more than 10 minutes to walk! The room is a bit small, but Japanese chain hotels are like this. I can accept it. I will stay here again next time.

It's close to Tenmonkan, so transportation is very convenient. It's also nice that there is a convenience store right next door. In the morning, I was in a bit of a mess and locked my suitcase with the key inside, but the hotel staff handled it professionally and unlocked it for me, which I'm grateful for!
