It's a decent hotel with no frills. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but worn out. There isn't really a beach and sorry if odd people hanging around. I think people live there long term in one section. The restaurant and bar were closed for a private party so we ordered Doordash. Beds need replacement as you sink into them and they are uncomfortable.

Wonderful, immaculate and well-run hotel that is extremely convenient to Kahului Airport. Very comfortable and welcoming staff. They took great care of me after I missed my connecting flight and their shuttle service is the best; no driving around for hours, just a fast, short drive. It is obvious they are constantly looking to improve and my guess is their next upgrade will be to the guest room furniture although it is perfectly functional. I really enjoyed my relaxing, unexpected stay. Mahalo!

Hotel service: I arrived at the hotel at 9:30 in the evening. I didn't want to make a fuss after playing in the big island for a day, so this hotel is next to the airport. The transportation is convenient, but the fly in the ointment is that it is a bit noisy, but it is expected, so it can be ignored. Setup: Didn't work, just took a nap and left the next day. Food: There is a Starbucks in the lobby, which has no special features, but there is a food truck yard outside the parking lot, which has everything, you can consider eating there.
