The name of the chef was written on the menu table, but it is never the dish of a person who works as a cook. Impossible. First of all, the small bowl is frozen grated yam, and the mysterious agar soba is just salty and the agar is not completely returned, so it is hard in places. The gratin-like dish is a bite-sized frozen fish and a large amount of half-cooked onions, topped with a white sauce that doesn't use any butter, and topped with almonds that aren't even dry-roasted, and dried fruit in a burner. A replacement for broiled. Is there anyone who can eat all of them? Meals like torture continue. I was surprised to find that the pork grilled on a ceramic plate was just a piece of frozen sliced ​​meat. What I thought was chawanmushi was steamed tofu. The cheap silken tofu was drenched in an eerie bean paste that had no effect on the broth. In addition, the tempura has a lot of flour compared to the water, so if you pick it up with chopsticks, it will be heavy. The scallop rice is made by diluting the commercially available kamameshi base and adding more soy sauce, so it only tastes like soy sauce. The red soup stock served with it is red in color but tastes like hot water. But the thing that surprised me the most was the dessert. It's like diluting a can of fruit with water and then adding some sugar to it. When I put the spoon in, there were several pieces of water solidified with agar inside. Why did you thicken the canned juice? It is neither agar nor agar nor gelatin. Maybe it's potato starch? I have never had such a bad dinner. Aren't you ashamed to put out something like this? I understand that business is tough due to the coronavirus, but Yamanashi Prefecture has great quality fruits and vegetables, so why not make the most of it? And at least pull the dashi soup properly. Moreover, the unbelievable finish that the child who cooked for the first time made it is highly doubtful whether it was really made by the chef. Did you serve this kind of food because I did something to the inn that bothered me? When you leave the inn, you will never come to this inn! I swore in my heart. By the way, Yamanashi Prefecture was a wonderful place other than the inn. I want to go back to take an inn in front of Kofu station.
