DoubleTree by Hilton Kaifeng

During the peak check-in period of May Day, we were prepared for the possibility that the room might be arranged in a corner because the check-in plan was close to the early morning. However, the hotel was very humane and arranged a room upgrade, which gave the family an unexpected reward and satisfied the big bathtub that the children liked. The aunt who added the quilt in the middle of the night was also very professional and insisted on helping to put on the quilt cover and pillowcase. The front desk lady prepared masks and cookies for the children. Papaya milk supper was also prepared for the second night. The feeling of "home" was felt everywhere. It was a very satisfactory check-in experience. If the family travels with children or the elderly, it is highly recommended to choose a suite.

The location is just opposite the Kaifeng Museum, in the Kaifeng New District, not far from the attractions. The environment here is relatively good, the hotel is clean and the decoration is relatively new. The only problem is that the room is not big, but everything else is fine.

During the May Day holiday, I came to Kaifeng and had the honor of staying at Hilton Dahe. The room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and clean, which was a far cry from the B&B experience I had the previous two days. I would like to give special praise to Frank in the lobby, who was courteous and enthusiastic in treating guests, and helped me solve the problem of traveling with my family during the May Day holiday perfectly. Next time I come to Kaifeng, I will choose this place. It was a perfect day.

I came to Kaifeng temporarily and booked this hotel. The lobby is very comfortable, and there are free freshly baked cookies (Yilin specialty). The service attitude of the front desk lady is warm and patient. The bedding in the room is very comfortable, and the room items are all available. The Huaiyang cuisine in the Chinese restaurant is also very authentic and delicious. I recommend it. I will stay here again next time!

I booked a king-size bed but got a standard room instead. My friend had a fever and wanted to call the front desk to ask if they had a thermometer. He called more than 20 times but couldn't get through. The landline and cell phone also couldn't get through... The cookies they said they were going to give me were nowhere to be found... It was speechless
