We charged a few hundred extra for a room during Chinese New Year, but the room turned out to be average, with no executive lounge and no drinks. I don't know why we charged a temporary fee of 1,000. The shower was badly stained and looked dirty. There is dust in the room and no air purifier. The promised New Year pictures and biscuits didn’t even come.
