Songjian Wushe Homestay (Kaifeng Qingming Shanghe Garden Branch)

During this trip to Kaifeng, I thought finding a homestay would be a difficult "battle of landmines". I searched for countless ones on Ctrip, but was repeatedly disappointed when I conducted on-site inspections. Everything changed until I stepped into the house among the pines. The moment I opened the door, a dreamy garden came into view. Every flower and every stone path seemed to be telling a different kind of poetry, which immediately "captured" me. As you walk into the lobby on the first floor, you are greeted by an exquisite atmosphere. Every decoration and every light is just right. The room is even more stunning, with soft and comfortable bedding and every detail polished to perfection, from thoughtful little items to a neat environment, with surprises hidden everywhere. The service here is also first-class, warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast gives the taste buds an unforgettable journey. Songjianwushe is really a treasure homestay hidden near Qingming Riverside Park!

Let me give you a fair evaluation. Let me start with the good points. The hotel is in a good location, close to the Qingming Riverside Park. It takes about three minutes to walk to the park. The hotel is an independent courtyard and is relatively quiet. Let's talk about the shortcomings. The hotel breakfast is very average. Although it is a set portion, the quality is average. It can fill you up, but it can't be called exquisite. The room space is actually very small, even a bit crowded. There is nowhere to put the luggage. The sanitary environment is quite satisfactory. The sheets are very wrinkled. The service is not enthusiastic, but not indifferent. We drove ourselves. The parking lot is two long flights of stairs from the hotel and it is dark inside. The smell is pungent. When we came, the boss called two ladies to help with the luggage. When we left the store, there was no arrangement. My husband took the two boxes to the parking lot by himself, which was really a bit strenuous. Overall, there is nothing amazing. This price of homestay should be the highest in Kaifeng. There is room for improvement in all aspects. I wish the boss a prosperous business

The room is OK, but the price/performance ratio is slightly poor. The bed upstairs is similar to tatami. The store's service awareness is average.

不得不説位置真的很好，鬧中取靜，離清明上河園從後門走，穿過河流小橋五分鐘就能步行到達。周邊吃的也多 設施：都是大牌衞浴，用料講究，智能化 衞生：挺乾淨的，沒有味道，哪怕寵物友好 環境：設計師設計風格 服務：提前會聯繫好，發停車路線圖，有求必應

來開封旅行 最好的民宿酒店就是這裏了 環境好 室內外裝修也足夠上檔次 床墊枕頭 被子都很舒服 軟水洗澡很絲滑 戴森吹風機也很好用 還有自己的健身房和影音室，到清明上河園200米的距離也很方便
