I came to Henan with my friends and stayed in many hotels, but only Lufeng Hotel was the best experience! The hotel environment is very clean and you will feel comfortable and pleasant as soon as you enter the room. The staff are enthusiastic and responsible, and their service attitude is so good that people feel at home. The location is also excellent, close to attractions and very convenient for travel. The hotel facilities are very new and there is a gym where you can exercise. Equipped with a laundry room, it is very considerate for travelers. The bedding is soft and comfortable. I had a great sleep at night, eliminating the fatigue of the day. This stay was an excellent experience. I will choose Lufeng Hotel again when I come here in the future. I highly recommend it to everyone! Reminder: Don’t do this! Don't stay in a B&B!

I was stunned when I arrived at the door of this hotel. There was road construction at the door. Before checking in, I called to ask how far it was from the Drum Tower Night Market. The front desk told me it was 2 traffic lights away. When I got here, I realized that it was about 1.3 kilometers away. It was far from anywhere. Then I returned to the hotel. There was actually nothing wrong with the hotel facilities. The hotel should be newly renovated. There is a faint smell of formaldehyde when you enter. The soundproofing is not good either, you can hear the noise from the neighbors at night. I wasn't in the hotel during the day, and when I went to bed I found a lot of short hair residue on the sheets and pillows. I contacted the front desk, and they said that the auntie had gone off work, so they changed our room and gave us a breakfast coupon. However, when I went to have breakfast today, I saw this black thing in the food. I couldn't tell if it was a bug, so I didn't dare to eat it. But the food was cleaned quite well the next day. All in all, the experience is average, so avoid it.

However, there is a road construction downstairs, and the noise is very loud. I stayed there for two nights and was woken up on time every morning. It is recommended that the guest room or the front desk can be equipped with earplugs, which will not increase the cost much, but will greatly improve the sleeping experience. Service: The service is warm and welcoming. The front desk is very good. They also upgraded the room for free and helped me apply for the renewal of my original room. The service staff greeted me when they saw me. The cleaning lady said "good girl" all the time. She is really kind. If possible, I would like to suggest adding sticky notes and laundry bags for laundry like Atour and helping guests dry the washed clothes. It is not very convenient to run several times to wash clothes.
