房間什麼的都挺好的，也比較安靜，就是有點小，其他沒毛病，打掃房間的阿姨也挺好的。

房間新裝修的，很好。離鼓樓夜市步行6分鐘，非常方便，旁邊就是大相國寺，周邊還有很多美食，胡辣湯有閆記老婆，特別好吃。

作為省級酒店星評委的成員，我給貴店提出以下建議，望採納：1、對於新員工的傳幫帶及培訓時刻不能鬆懈，特別是對客服務時對語言和表情的管理。2、要強化領班查房的力度，特別是衞生和設施設備的檢查。3、交接班記錄一定要詳盡並且要跟蹤落實，避免服務上的遺漏。其它都挺好的，還會再來

設施：
位置緊靠大相國寺
北面就是鼓樓夜市
到開封府步行即到
位置絕對算得上優越
但是正因為如此
屬於老街區
建築本身很破舊了
酒店的公共區域重新裝修得非常清新乾淨
房間內有些硬傷不可避免
比如沒有暖氣
窗户密封不嚴導致冬天透風很冷
服務：
服務是很跟得上的
前台熱情接待也有推薦當地美食

酒店乾淨衞生，服務態度熱情，向工作人員詢問一些問題都可以熱情耐心臼館於解答，十分滿意，一次很好舒適的住宿體驗。如家是一所連鎖酒店，希望別家也是這樣，客人就很滿意了。

房間很乾凈，環境也不錯，就是房間稍微小了點，可能是新開的原因吧，裏面設施衞生都很好，看起來很舒適乾淨。忘記拍照片了，補個景區的圖片吧。

可能又忘記拍照片了，寫一寫也沒問題，這店距火車站四站地，比較方便，不必掩蓋，大堂與住宿有幾十米的距離，一點兒也不影響住宿，其它硬件設施都是標準化的，沒有半點問題，去如何景點打卡都非常方便，尤其是大相國寺，就在隔壁，住了兩晚，很好，那個湖北公安鬥湖堤前台非常負責任，態度認真誠懇，值得點贊。照片找不到了。
