設施：插座有type c接口，洗衣機是LG商用，這兩點都好評的。
衞生：衞生上沒啥問題，沒有異味，空氣稍微有點悶。
環境：酒店房間需要走個小巷子進去有點麻煩。
服務：服務還不錯的，辦理入住和退房都很迅速。

離相國寺很近，鼓樓夜市也不遠
酒店前台和客房不在一塊，從前台出來往巷子裏走才是客房部，晚上單獨走有點嚇人
房間略小，隔音太差了

就在大相國寺外面，沿着旁邊的街道一直走到底就是鼓樓夜市，地理位置很好。房間明亮，裝修不錯。就是沿街店鋪會有點吵。

房間新裝修的，很好。離鼓樓夜市步行6分鐘，非常方便，旁邊就是大相國寺，周邊還有很多美食，胡辣湯有閆記老婆，特別好吃。

作為省級酒店星評委的成員，我給貴店提出以下建議，望採納：1、對於新員工的傳幫帶及培訓時刻不能鬆懈，特別是對客服務時對語言和表情的管理。2、要強化領班查房的力度，特別是衞生和設施設備的檢查。3、交接班記錄一定要詳盡並且要跟蹤落實，避免服務上的遺漏。其它都挺好的，還會再來
