I would give it a higher rating if I can. It’s around 400m from the entrance of Millennium City Park. Service was extremely attentive. Would stay here again if I ever come to Kaifeng again.

Front desk staff, Sonny, was the most kindest staff service I received in China. She helped us to catch the taxi multiple times even if we did not ask for. She made sure we were ok. Hotel is beautifully decorated and bed is very comfortable. View from balcony with Chinese roofs were beautiful. I was able to do laundry and dry clothes at the balcony. Hotel provided drying rack. Breakfast was good. Highly recommend to my family and friends.

第一次來開封，酒店很乾凈，特別提一下酒店前台兩位小姐姐服務太好了，晚上酒店還會鎖門，按了門鈴確認是住客才會開，安全感滿滿！下次來必須還是住這家！

酒店環境清雅十分乾淨。離清明上河園步行幾分鐘就到。房間的配套設施一應俱全，而且第一次看到配的牙膏是大牙膏。服務員熱情周到，十分親切。礦泉水、現榨西瓜汁、西瓜全天候不限量供應，每一個西瓜都特別甜，大熱天逛完園子回來吃一口甜甜的西瓜，特別舒暢。

可以説是我住過的所有民宿中最讚的，應有盡有，服務態度特別好，耐心熱心細心，把老媽感動得不行。而且離清明上河園特別近，步行不到10分鐘出門就是美景，真想在這兒常住。強烈推薦！！！

去清明上河園選擇了這家酒店，真是明智之舉。首先，地理位置就離清園3分鐘，累了就能回酒店休息；其次，衞生環境都不錯；最重要的就是他家的免費西瓜🍉，真的是太贊👍了，從清園回來，進門能吃上幾塊西瓜，真的是讓我感激涕零啊，哈哈😄

這家酒店值得好評，提供了超出預期的服務體驗，且從入住到離店並沒有任何關於好評的暗示。酒店乾淨整潔，房間視野好，地理位置優越，離着清明上河園步行5分鐘即可。入住時很意外的幫忙升級了房型，前台小姐姐始終微笑服務，讓我感覺非常友善，因為天氣很熱的原因，還給準備了西瓜，外出遊玩也主動送我出門指路。晚上回酒店時，聊天時無意間透露白天有點中暑，值班前台小姐姐居然記得我的房間號，送了冰水和葯品到了房間。離店時也精心的準備了伴手禮，情緒價值拉滿。如果下次來開封還會選擇這裏，也會推薦給朋友。
