很不錯，帶孩子出來的，因為離萬歲山很近，所以確實很方便，老闆人很棒，態度好也很熱情，可以提前打電話溝通讓預留車位，回來隨時直接停在門口就很方便，吃飯簡餐也特別近步行3.5分鐘，有很好吃的小籠包和醬燒魚

優點:
1.民宿很有格調，花花草草，魚魚貓貓，我們很喜歡，老闆很熱情親和，有問題告訴老闆，老闆會第一時間來幫助解決。
2.床和枕頭睡的很舒服，洗漱用品是舒膚佳、潘婷這些經典親民的品牌，水壓也不錯。
3.位置離萬歲山、清明上河園、鐵塔公園基本都是1公里左右的距離，體力好的步行就行。
4.樓下有幾家小飯館，有湯包，烤串……還有一家小超市，日常所需都能滿足。
5.網絡挺好的。
美中不足:
1.希望窗簾遮光再好一些，我們旅遊喜歡睡懶覺，但是早上的時候屋子就有光了，會有一點影響。
2.第一天住的境隨心，後2天住的青苔上，青苔上在2樓，我也不知道是樓上發出的聲音，還是外面修路的聲音（正好趕上外面最近在修什麼，總是施工），反正也是早上會有噪音，晚上有時候也會有點噪音，不過我們晚上睡的晚，倒是影響不大，主要就是早上，總是被咚咚咚的聲音吵醒，哎，而且雖然青苔上房費比其它房型貴，可能是大一些？但是我反而覺得這個房間的設施或者衞生沒有第一天的境隨心好。
3.青苔上那個風扇聲音有點大，第2天晚上我翻來覆去睡不着，就顯得那個風扇聲格外的大，不開又覺得有點悶。
其它就沒什麼了，出來住宿就是住的安全，床舒服，環境安靜整潔就好了，整體還是推薦的，等過陣子大家住的時候，也許不會像我們一樣趕上施工，會更舒服一些。

位置非常好 從民宿出來溜達幾百米就是萬歲山景區，非常方便，老闆服務態度非常好，介紹的很全面，民宿的環境也特別温馨愜意，房間寬敞明亮，床也大。唯一美中不足就是衞生需要改善，床具上發現有毛髮，希望衞生間再配點兒香皂，整體還不錯。

房間乾淨整潔，環境優雅，氛圍很好，老闆熱情，居住感很好，離萬歲山南門也很近，出小區門路口左轉200米左右，走路10分鐘左右，也比較方便

進門就是一種曲徑通幽處的感覺，老闆養了很多魚，小朋友很喜歡，房間也很有禪意，離萬歲山非常近，車停民宿步行去景區很方便。

暑假帶孩子從四川到山東第四站之河南開封。繼昨天在該小區另一家民宿的悲催遭遇（才辦理入住就發現衞生間地上全是水，洗手池堵塞，景區沒接送）這次又選了同一個小區的另一家民宿，怎麼説呢，佛系的老闆，佛系的民宿吧，不像第一家又老闆，又家人熱熱鬧鬧的，這一家民宿明顯安靜多了，舒適多了，下面具體評價。
優點：
1.房間整體面積較大，朝向安靜（此處值得安靜是説的户外）
2.老闆服務較好，有提供景區接送服務，出行方便。
3.很有格調的老闆，房間整體裝修，佈置明顯優於上一家。
4.位置方便，尤其萬歲山，出小區，過個馬路就到了。
缺點：
1.見圖一，訂酒店時候寫的贈送的東西沒有贈送，雖然是小東西，小事情，但黑不提白不提的，總歸有點不合適。
2房屋隔音很差，我訂的房間在二樓，三樓從晚上十點多一直到快凌晨一點，一直在房間咚咚咚的，發出噪音，關鍵聽得特別清晰，期間三樓大半夜還打開房門，樓上樓下跑，發出各種噪音。老闆沒有進行巡查與制止。
