春節開封是真的人多熱鬧，親子出遊來開封玩住這裏位置太好了，出行方便，別墅區裏停車也方便。性價比極高👍步行到萬歲山武俠城南門就三百米吧，到清明上河園也就1公里，不用擔心堵車，沒地方停車。感謝🙏房東美女熱情的接待。下次再來！

民宿整體環境不錯，位於鬧事中取靜的小區內，離景點很近。不足是進來不易，早進早走才行，沒有獨立衞浴是最大問題，等別人一家都洗刷完了，也睡着啦，幸好樓下還有一個衞生間。

非常不錯的一次體驗，第一次帶孩子住這種民宿，別墅改的客房，住在二樓，整個空間感覺很舒服，寬敞，沒有傳統酒店賓館那種憋悶壓抑的感覺。老闆每天九點多來，讓人很放心，不需要擔心安全和一些亂七八糟的事。出了門口就是我們要玩的萬歲山景區，出門到檢票五分鐘，太方便了。中途要回來就回來，老闆每天晚上幫我們提前開空調，回來就暖暖的，像回家一樣。看有評論説不好，沒有獨立衞生間，但是這個價位感覺真的很划算了，我們一直在景區，衞生間也就早晚用一下，還好，人多稍微等一下就行。女兒説住的很舒服，她覺得老闆人好，地方也大，是她覺得很開心的一次旅行。已經在設想如果有下次，人多一點，一起住，肯定非常棒！

房間非常棒！訂的是套房，有三個房間，還有一個超大的衞生間，性價比太高了。酒店離萬歲山武俠城很近，走路過去三五分鐘。逛累了可以回酒店休息然後再去逛，女兒非常喜歡這裏。

優缺點都説説吧，優點：1.位置離景區很近，出門5分鐘到達景區南門。2.整體內外部環境不錯，民宿在小區內🚪，外部環境不錯。3.老闆娘很熱情。缺點：1.房間沒有暖氣，冬天靠空調製熱，空調製熱效果差且噪聲很大。3個房間，衹有倆房間有空調。2.衞生間燈光很暗，漏水嚴重，洗澡後地面全是水。3.配套的洗漱用具質量不高。總體來説，如果衹是最求方便快捷可以選擇，如果對住宿質量要求高的旅客，不建議入住
