After 9 days of traveling in New Zealand and staying in so many places, I like this one the most. It is clean and quiet, with very complete facilities, and the house with a courtyard is so beautiful that it makes people cry. Although it is a 5-minute drive from the small town of Kaikoura, Kaikoura is basically self-driving. It doesn't matter if you have a car.

Host was super nice and friendly (forgot to ask for his name 😭), and he personally guided us and taught us how to use the laundry and gave good recommendations around the area!
We stayed in a group of 4 and the motel had everything we needed! Super comfy and clean as well! Would definitely recommend anyone passing by, it’s definitely worth the price.
Only regret was not staying longer! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

The landlord is still good, will send their own baked biscuits to customers, very delicious. The breakfast is rich, the lake view is beautiful, the room price is more expensive, but you get what you pay for. There is no kitchen in the room. If you fish in the surrounding sea, you need to go to the restaurant outside.

The motel is right by the main road, so it’s very easy find it. The room we stayed at is clean, large, and very comfortable. The Black Rabbit Pizza is a stone’s away from it and the little Cods and Crayfish quick bite restaurant is 100 metres away. The view from the motel is amazing with snow capped mountains in the background. It’s great. Highly recommended.

The location of the hotel is very good, just by the sea, not far from the restaurant. There are convenient parking spaces. It is reminded that credit card payment for the room fee will be charged with credit card handling.

Two big and one small family room is very convenient. Free parking. A big supermarket is about 5 minutes walk nearby. It is very convenient to go to downtown to eat. Whale watching is a very good choice. The front desk is very warm and recommended

There is a park for children to play, and the space is very spacious.  The toilet and kitchen are open and very clean. There are also washing machines and dryers. Go to see the whale meeting place for 8 minutes. Affordable and very satisfied.

The hotel faces the sea and is backed by the snow-capped mountains. The scenery is very beautiful. The house is clean and hygienic, and the kitchen utensils are complete. It is a good choice to stay in such a hotel when you come to Kaikula.

GGuest UserIt is a small homestay with a total of three or four rooms. It takes more than five minutes to drive to the main street of Kaikoura. The surrounding environment is beautiful and quiet, with a large backyard. The facilities are complete and the living is very comfortable. The hostess is also very hospitable and thoughtful. Unfortunately, I stayed for one night and I would like to stay a few more days next time. If you come to Kaikula, I recommend this place.

GGuest UserThis location is amazing; just step outside, and you’re at the beach. We stayed in a sea-view room on the second floor, and it was perfect—spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The bedding was super fresh and tidy. I feel like this stay was flawless. One night was too short; we’ll definitely come back here again next time, and we’ll stay for four nights!

AAiyouyongdeyunyyA short walk from the beach, standing on the balcony to enjoy the snow-capped mountains and sea, just beside the only main road in the town, not far from the park and supermarket, the environment is very comfortable, the room is clean and tidy, you need to go to the reception of the hotel next door to get the key, the car is parked downstairs corresponding parking space, But the room is afraid of the smell too big to allow seafood to be cooked!

The hotel does not have breakfast, but the room has a simple kitchen counter, electric stove, microwave oven, toaster, pots, bowls and other utensils are complete, hot milk, boiled eggs and fast food noodles are very convenient, but it is best to clean up before leaving the store . The room is very spacious and equipped with electric heating. The hotel is a bit far away from the supermarket, you need to drive to buy food, about ten minutes. Parking is free. Recommended!

The house is clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. But the house is older. There is a cat door at the main entrance, there is no fixture, and the cold wind keeps blowing in. The house feels cold. Luxury is a bit overstated. The price is not high, unless there are many people.

GGuest UserIt's somewhat misleading to call it a Select Five Diamond hotel. It's actually a motel with only a front desk and no restaurant. The location is perfect, opposite the beach. In the morning, you can open the curtains and watch the sunrise. There is a cafe next to it. It is only a ten-minute walk to the center of the town. It is very convenient. It is located between the center of the town and the seal gathering place.
