Good place to stay and also very popular among travellers of the area. Good breakfast, better than an average Hampton’s. Though as the hotel was full the staff of the restaurant had a hard time to keep up with the flow of the people in the morning. Overall a pleasant stay. Too bad they didn’t send a robot to bring us our takeaway to the room, our son was really looking forward to that 😆

Very warm welcome from the team. They have supported me with a lot of enthusiasm thus making my stay in Kaili a real pleasure during this Covid period. They have for example helped me in finding a forwarder to ship my bike back to Shanghai (could not get it on high speed train). There was no one to help with luggage at the entrance of the hotel. A man who looked like a bellman was chatting with the front desk. I parked the car in front of the hotel, took out two suitcases from the trunk, and walked to the front desk. This process took about five minutes. We have been chatting for minutes and no one cares at all. The room hygiene is very poor. There were obvious stains on the sofa and carpet. The bath water is hot and cold.
