沒有一個差評是冤枉的啊！起初看到評論不相信，結果都被自己遇到：
1.半夜關廁所門發現門是壞的，不敢關門了，聯繫前台説沒人維修，衹好半夜搬房！結果電梯還是壞的，衹能爬樓！
2. 所謂的洗衣房真臟！是用來洗下面酒店的桌布！而且不提供洗衣粉！
3. 電梯故障，輕飄飄一句要3天以上才能修好！因為中秋旅遊的緣故訂了5天，結果要求退房又被刁難，要找平台確認，而平台又説要找酒店確認…真真是受氣！
前台小妹態度雖然可以，但酒店管理真是垃圾，遇到問題完全沒有道歉解決態度，真不知道老闆怎麼請這樣的管理！

去凱里玩了2天，選擇住市裡來回朗德苗寨和西江千户苗寨還有非遺集市都很方便，沒必要住景區
，酒店各方面都挺好的，國慶期間也沒有亂漲價，很安靜睡覺很舒服

去完千户苗寨路過凱里找到的這家酒店，房間舒適透氣，環境好，周邊交通方便，樓下還有個酒樓方便就餐宴請。低價消費，高價感受。附近美食很多，不虛此行

一開始進房間還挺驚喜的，房間環境還挺好，但是一洗澡就發現衞生間的門合頁脱落了，開關門吱呀聲直響，想打電話，電話也用不了。叫服務員來看，還説沒事，門不會掉。這門要掉下來可是能砸**的。我真的服了，換了個房間，電話依然是不能用。房間的電話就是個擺設，所有的房間電話都用不了。電視也看不了，根本沒網，更別説Wi-Fi了。朋友去前台補房卡，訊息也不核對，就直接給了，感覺沒有培訓過一樣。床上有蟲子，（後面朋友也説她床上也有蟲子）。連借個充電器都沒有，衹有房間收費的，現在誰還用收費的充電器啊，我不知道用共享充電寶麼？真的好差勁啊！酒店的整體環境挺好的，位置也很好，就是設施和服務拜託再加強一下，根本沒有服務可言，前台問什麼都是不知道，沒有，完全不能解決問題，可能是凱里酒店根本不卷吧，這個兩百塊的價格性價比還是很高。
最生氣的是下午睡午覺服務員來敲門吵醒一次，然後再睡，消防警報突然響了，打前台電話想問什麼情況，電話也打不通，樓層連個服務員都沒有，真的影響心情！！！難怪價格這麼低，有時候生意不好也是有原因的，老闆換個管理人吧，酒店這個位置 配置 環境，價格賣個300+完全沒問題

整體滿意。衞生過關，床品乾燥蓬鬆，浴室沒有水漬黴點，每日更換垃圾袋。周邊便利店餐館齊全。前台辦入住效率高，響應需求及時，借充電器五分鐘就送到房間。隔音稍弱但夜間總體安靜，空調效率高。性價比不錯，適合商務出行或家庭過渡。

非常非常滿意。其實是臨時決定在凱里多呆一天，所以沒有花太多時間選酒店。住進去後發現真是太喜歡了。小童親子房，孩子們喜歡得不得了，環境舒服，空間極大，整潔衞生。

價格便宜是真的，這個價格居然有這麼舒適的環境，還有個小院子，真的太值了！我們是凌晨到的，那個前台小姐姐特別有禮貌有耐心，完全沒有因為這麼晚來而覺得不耐煩，下次還會來！
