Kailua-Kona Hotels with Airport pickup service

When we check in, the front desk lady was being nice and friendly Unfo you missed our room for housekeeping the next day and we came back after 6pm, called the front desk to arrange it and was rejected at first as after 4pm. At the end a lady came by and changed the towels. We didn’t put any DNB sign on so it was entirely upto your handling, not upto our expectation for Marriott group in this regards

It was my first time to Oshima, so I chose this hotel recommended by Ctrip. Facilities: A bit old. Hygiene: Still quite clean Environment: Very good location, many restaurants and shops around, nice to go shopping at night. Service: Also very good, we asked for a high-rise room, a kettle, and bath towels, and the hotel met all of them. However, parking is charged separately, and there are plenty of parking spaces. The hotel does not have a beach, so you can drive or walk north to the beach. The price is expensive in the surrounding area.

The Condo was in good condition, could’ve used new carpet and paint touch up but despite that very clean!!! The size the condo was perfect and we could see the ocean from the patio doors. The kitchen was well serviced with clean nice dishes. The washer/dryer was a fabulous feature we used!! The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking was including and easy to find. Condo was close to Kona Inn shopping and the bypass road used for Hwy 11. Would definitely recommend staying there!!! The guest book in the condo to write your own entry was so fun to read what other guests had done!!

The staff at the front desk was friendly enough when we arrived, but when I came back to the front and asked questions was made to feel stupid - which I am not. The ‘breakfast’ was really skimpy and kinda sad. And only could have 3 items? There didn’t appear to be a lot of guests, so I am puzzled as to why a bit more effort could not have been made.

Fairly enjoyed staying here. Felt like home away from home, nice large separate bedroom with a nice kitchen fully stocked with dishes, pots with a living room. Beds and sofa bed were clean, easily fit 2 couples. Nice clean 2 bathrooms. Its about 15 minutes away from most restaurants. My only complain was from the people walking noises upstairs and the sound of water running when someone showers upstairs. Plenty of free parking! Check in was a bit late, 4pm.

One location is really good. It is recommended to sleep in the hostel ㅋ 2 stars

The hotel is in a good location. There are several small restaurants nearby. It's a 3-minute drive to the supermarket. The room is not big but has a small balcony to hang clothes. The soundproofing is average. Paid parking is required. It's full after 7 o'clock. Check-in must be at 4 o'clock. Fortunately, I arrived less than half an hour early. I checked in and got the room card after sitting for a while. The beach and the port behind can see the rainbow, which is very nice. There is an ABC store under the courtyard opposite, open until 11 o'clock.
